  Large Rooms And Good Views But....Lousy Internet

  The location was excellent with views over the golf course and the ocean. The room was large and well decorated. and the apartment facilities met all needs.The pool was fine and the area sunny throughout the day. If you are looking for a good place in Narooma this is probably as good as it gets if you do not want internet access as the internet service was for most of the time unstable or non-existent. They have a number of servers , all inadequate when in peak or general use.So easy to fix at little cost and the rating would have reflected a generally very good motel.

  Great winter escape

  Stayed at Amooran in July and would highly recommend it as a family friendly location for a South Coast stay. Such an excellent location with sea views, plus situated across the road from the Golf Course adds to the appeal. We'll be back.

  TERRIBLE

  HORRIBLE After reading reviews before booking we thought we would have a great time after travelling throughout OZ and world. Well The staff member Kate phoned us an hour after checkout to say she was charging us for the empty shampoo and conditioner bottle after staying for four nights at XMAS. Absolutely mental. BOYCOTT Rude to my partner. Disgusting staff WIFI is extremely poor Unwelcoming Miserable

  Not bad

  Spacious room with ocean view & nice outlook over golf course for 2 nights. We had aircon problems (room 8) but my fault for not saying anything until checkout, but hopefully fixed. Killed a few small cockroaches & other crawlies in room. Good location but not really walkable to main drag. Can walk to Narooma surf beach & lovely cafe there. All in all good value for money

  Allow me to tell you what its really like

  Two couples, two apartments, one upstairs and one down. Great outlook in a building that should have been torn down decades ago. Rooms that are old, perhaps 1960's with cheap furnishings to match. The downstairs room had a strong stench of dampness that remained with all windows opened. Carpets and curtains old, soiled and worn. Their WiFi is next to useless, 1 or maybe 2 bars at best so extremely slow everywhere we tried around the building. Staff are not welcoming, sometimes rude and totally disorganised. Bewarned! 4 stars rating ...... kidding me!
