  We have been going to this hotel for 8 years. We have watched it turn into an amazing resort with something for everyone. I love the fact that zI can relax while my children can have fun in specific areas made for them. The pool with the waterslide is their favorite. This year got complicated. During our stay Italy went on Lockdown. Mr. Steger was gracious about everything. There was no problem about checkout or being reimbursed for the days we cut short. I was impressed that he also made sure our skipasses were refunded. The vacation was cut short, but we will be back!

  great atmosphere and location to relax and enjoy

  Amonti is a very nice and modern Wellness Hotel for having a few relaxed days. The food is great, with different variations. Very friendly and helpful stuff in all departments. The wellness area is good for having some time out, very cosy and quiet. It is nice that in the upper part of the building just adults have access. The area around the hotel is lovely to walk, hike and bike. I really enjoyed my time there and would love to go there again at some point.

  Fantastic hotel, but Covid-19 rules are not taken seriously

  So, to be short: this hotel is fantastic. Rooms are huge, clean and modern. Bed is super comfortable, big and with heavy duvets. Our room was on the third floor with a nice view on the mountains. It was a family room with a part that you can close so it becomes a bedroom for our daughter. Perfect! The food they serve in the evenings is of very high quality. The buffet is fine, nothing special. Also, it only adds t the a la carte they serve in the evening. In the morning the choice is enormous and quality is okay. Staff is very kind and nice and speaks 3 languages (German, English and Italian). You can pick up the bikes from a Bike room and use them for the whole day for free. And that's great cause the area is beautiful around here to cycle. The negative for me, and unfortunately it is a big negative: they don't follow the Covid rules. - Staff has mouth masks, but we see them a lot of times with the nose out. - The rule is to wear a mask at the restaurant, but customers are nog being told to wear it. So you see lots of people without mask or with the nose out. - The swimming pool for kids after 14:00 is so crowded that you cannot keep any distance. Also, there is no check how many people are inside, so they don't regulate this in any way. - When you enter the hotel they measure your fever and, you know, it looks like they care but checking the data of Covid-19, you see only a small percentage of people actually get a high fever. - You don't have to wear a mask inside, but in the hallways you cannot keep distance from each other (even when it is a spacious hotel) which makes it quite an unsafe environment. - There are the head sanitizers for when you enter and leave each room. We went to Amonti because we were sure that in this hotel rules would be followed. Unfortunately, I don't feel safe most of the time and I will do a test after leaving the hotel to make sure I don't spread the virus within friends and family.

  Corona vacation

  We went to the wellness resort because we canceled our original traveling plans due the Corona virus situation. Friends recommends the place. We booked it online and on the phone very fast. We got super informations on the phone. Unfortunately it was only one room left. The hotel was fully booked. We drove from Zurich almost 5 hours. Its far for us but the place is really good. And the long drive was any CHF worth! Our room was excellent, super clean and modern designed. The only negative one for us, was the bed to soft!!! Well! The wellness are was super! Lot of naked areas what we really like it. Even we would like to have more of it! The food and restaurant was really good. Service and everything around was good. Even because of Corona, we just booked another stay in the next 3 months. Hope are next stay is going to be good as well. Place to recommend to stay!

  Excellente Hotel

  El Hotel es muy bueno, calidad y habitaciones grandes, super comodo la comida de la mejor calidad, el spa es excelente y de verdad se siente uno como en una burbuja perfecto para relajarse. De los mejores hoteles en los que me he quedado y super recomendado.
