  Never again!

  From the begginig there were problems with the owners who treated us not wellcomed at all. The best would be if we go out at 8am and come back 8pm and just go to sleep and do nothing more especially not to meet with friends in their appartment, not to use sauna, not to want anything else. The owner also cheated us - there is nothing like gentelment agreement - everything should be written and signed on paper - firstly single rooms were bed&breakfast, then it appears that it was 5 EUR per person for breakfast and finally when we were paying he changed the price to 8 EUR. I strongly do not recommend this place for bigger group of friends and the famililies with children - the owner entered the room where the kids were and put them out from the room to the corridor because they were too loud for him - it was before 10pm so no night silence yet.

  The owner hates guests!

  This was my second visit to this establishment. The first time a few years ago. At that time we had some arguments with the owner. A bit strange but it can happen.The rooms are modern and decently, breakfast is good. So we thought lets try again maybe he had a bad time or what so ever. This time it went well, his wife is doing everything to keep their guests happy, the owner stayed back in his office. We thought that they have learned from their strengths and weaknesses. But no.... On the outside terras we had an old plastic chair which was already broken when we arrived. This was our mistake! We had to make pictures, put it in writing and told the owner directly what was wrong! Now we are being charged for it. The chair was a likely15 year old white cheap plastic chair, value . 1,00 he charged us . 100,00. To be sure to get his money he kept behind an expensive clothing piece of one of our group members! In the wellness one of us left an empty cup of tea, (there was no place to leave something behind like this so it was put on a table) She got a personal lecture from the owner, he had never seen a mess like this in the wellness and he wanted to charge us for the fact that they had to remove this empty cup of tea. This man is totally unsuitable to run a hotel where people feel welcome and enjoy their vacation. He can make you feel like "unwanted" as now one else. As our fellow traveller Riddle said, never again!

  I wouldn't recommend

  The owner was impolite. My friend was not able to close the door properly and he was put to practice it by him self. I can't believe that some place can have such horrible service. Please don't even consider going here.

  Nonexistant hospitality and generally uncooperative attitudes

  We stayed here with a large group and so practically the whole building except was reserved for us, except for one room that was occupied by other guests. The building is in a very nice shape, clearly recently renovated and all in all very nice rooms and everything, including the wonderful Finnisches Sauna in the basement. However, the general attitude of the hosts was hostile from very early on. I understand we might not have been the most quiet group there is, but the problem was mainly the fact that no warnings whatsoever were given, but the owners instead went full rage when there were some issues. For example we naturally used the sauna quite much (Finnish as we are) and the floors were wet due to that fact. We were banned from using the sauna for a couple of days for that reason, no warnings beforehand. All in all, I understand the owners love their beautiful, recently renovated house, but it is no excuse for being incredibly overprotective about it. We acted very reasonably and would have loved to talk when there were issues, but the owners rather make big issues out of small things and are uncooperative when trying to solve those. Please take a customer service class or something...

  Amazing vacation!

  We loved it at first sight. The kitchen is very very nice, big and very well equipped. The whole apartment was clean and nice. We had two bathrooms and both of them were good size. I definitely recommend this for a vacation in Nauders.
