  Nuevo, confortable y excelente desayuno

  Fantastico hotel para alojar en Davos, en el centro, a 5 min de estacion de trenes, a una cuadra del congress centre. Habitacion amplia, excelnte wifi, cama comoda, baño fabuloso. Nada malo para un excelente hotel. Ademas el desayuno, sorprendente! recomendado.

  Best spa hotel in Davos

  We stayed at the Ameron Hotel for one night and had a very pleasant experience. The staff was friendly and helpful, the pool and spa were clean and very well maintained, the room was nicely furnished and decorated, however a bit too heated for us and we would have preferred to have one big bed instead of two beds attached together. The breakfast was outstanding and the parking lot was easily accessible.

  Great modern hotel with super staff

  Can't wait to stay here again. Besides the Corona related dinner chaos, the stay was great. Spa is great too. But gets a bit busy during the weekend. My impression was that we got a really good price. So my feedback also depends on how much you pay for your room.

  Dishonest billing at its "luxurious" best

  My family and I stayed at the Ameron Davos over the New Years holiday, along with a group of 3 other families. Unfortunately, what the Ameron Davos lacks, besides the painful inability to split bills in the restaurant and bar, is honesty and carrying through quality customer service all the way to the checkout. I would be writing a glowing review had it not been for the dishonesty with billing and hiding behind a series of disappointing mistakes, which completely soured the otherwise enjoyable stay. The amenities are top-rate but they do not make up for terrible lack of customer service by the management. Our family was grossly overcharged during a New Years Eve dinner, which only became evident after wed been asked to sign for on the evening. Because we were a party of 4 families, we believed that the drinks bill had been split evenly amongst us, but came to find out later that wed been charged for welcome drinks, and had been up-charged for incorrect vintages of wine ordered. Once we brought this to their attention, we were told they would do their best to sort it out and this was then volleyed from one person to the next, with no resolution. Fast forward to check-out, and once again when it was questioned at check-out, we were told that no manager was available to discuss and we would need to follow up later - which, due to our departure time, was not possible to wait around for a manager to show up. So, we then had to follow up via email and phone calls for a period of 3 weeks! And the best that they could do was offer a voucher to use at a future visit - for a sum that did not even come close to what we were overcharged. The management was unable to explain why we were overcharged, has yet to provide documentation breaking down the charges and where they came from and have been completely unreasonable during this entire process. Not only were we overcharged, but the other families in our party were too - the only difference is that they had a manager to speak with at check-out, and we did not. The inability to treat guests with respect and honesty in this establishment - especially during COVID times - is appalling, and therefore, we would NOT recommend staying at the Ameron Davos.

  Great Hotel

  The Ameron Davos Hotel is gorgeous and really clean. We had a beautiful stay for a week-end. The pool is nice, but the spa area is a little tiny. Everything in the Hotel is really fancy. BUT, the restaurant is not good at all. We ate for two hours and no one came to ask us if we needed anything. Furthermore, it was really difficult to reach a waitress to ask something. For instance, it takes more than 10 min to replace the stove of our fondue... We were also really disappointed about the wine. We order a Merlot from Graubünden, a 70.- CHF bottle. And what a surprise, we receive a 12.- CHF bottle, the exact same as you can find at Denner in the other side of the road. This is really disrespectful for clients. I highly recommend this Hotel for you stay, but take the dinner outside ;)
