  WOW!

  I loved my stay at the Comfort Inn & Suits. I'm embarrassingly paranoid about the cleanliness of hotel rooms and usually clean the rooms when I check in but at this hotel I didn't feel the need to. It was extremely clean and spotless, spacious without clutter, the breakfast was good, nice hot tub/pool, and friendly service. I just can not get over how clean the room was for a hotel. The hotel as a whole was very clean and beautiful. My fiancé and I are already thinking of just spending the weekend at the hotel just because we loved our weekend. It's a great stay.

  Overpriced

  Could not use the pool and they took away the breakfast during Covid but they did not lower the price. Our room was smaller than another couples room we visited who paid the same rate. The view was nothing. Beds were nice!

  Wonderful hotel!

  We really enjoyed out stay at this hotel. Rooms were large & extremely clean, indoor pool was great. Hot breakfast was served with waffles, eggs, etc. which was not the case at other hotels. Staff was very helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

  Awful Customer Service

  This is my second time posting this review as someone flagged it for deletion There were 2 bugs in my room, a red stain on my couch, the room overall is mediocre condition at best. There was a giant black stain in the bathroom. Stayed in a Suite- one night was $190. The hotel was providing a shuttle service for the wedding, called to coordinate the shuttle at 4. Guests ended up having to drive their own cars. When arriving in the lobby it was completely over booked. I called the hotel to share this information and ask to shorten my stay by one night. the front desk told me they couldn't do anything and hung up on me. After initial no and 0 desire to help I stupidly offered to give a positive review on Google if she would adjust for one less night- I fully realize and own up to shouldn't have offered that. I just really didn't want to stay there again nor eat over $200. I emailed their main contact. I received a response from a "Nick" where he claimed he received a forward of my phone conversation with the front desk. He is now sending me rude emails and berating me about exchanging a positive review for one less night. I continually brought up all the issues with the room and not once did he offer to address or fix any of the issues or even apologize! The email exchange was DURING my stay where he still had the opportunity to fix everything- new room, send the cleaning lady, anything. I also called the lobby 3 times for new towels and they did not answer the phone.

  Overpriced, room not as advertised and overcrowded pool

  We went to enjoy the pool and rooms with friends. The rooms were not as advertised. There were supposed to be two kings in one of the rooms but there werent. The front desk admitted the wording was wrong but a room thats supposed to sleep eight only had beds for four. There was a birthday party that had no less than 25 kids who were in the pool. This made it impossible for anyone else to enjoy the pool. There were only 2-3 adults monitoring all the kids. The party was 4-7 so the entire time we would want to be in the pool area with a 3 and 5 yr old. This does not even take into consideration there is a pandemic. The pool was dirty and there were no towels in the morning when we could enjoy it. Its a nice place but the management needs to cater to the guests paying for rooms, not people there for three hours. Update your website for accurate room descriptions.
