  Always excellent

  Room second floor on back side. Super quiet.. Everything always great. We stay at this Americinn about four time a year, for many years now. Highly recommended. Breakfast has always been great. Grand kids love the swimming pool.

  Unwelcoming and inhospitable stay in Cheese Country

  Welcoming sign in front window, "Please kick mud from your boots before entering lobby." Our room was on the second floor in this hotel and they have no elevator and no one to help haul our luggage up to our room. Front desk clerk had no knowledge about the restaurants in the area and was really not interested in helping in any other way either. The coffee maker in our room had one cup and one package of coffee. When asked for more, the same clerk brought us several decaf and never asked if we had a preference, instead acting put upon having to get us regular coffee instead. No room service-we were told we could make our own beds and could bring our used towels to the front desk to trade them for clean ones using the virus as an excuse for this lack of service, which strangely seems to be available in other hotels. Thery had no suites with two beds instead of a king bed, meaning I had to sleep on the sofa bed which was not nearly as comfortable. We were met with a very inhospitable and dismissive attitude for our entire stay, not at all what I would have expected from a Wyhdham property. Luckily we have no reason to ever need to make a return visit to this property and will likely think twice about using the Wyndham brand in the future as well.

  Good Stay!

  Nice overnight stay here. Clean room, clean hotel and friendly, helpful staff. Pool area was nice with a good size pool and hot tub. No chairs due to COVID but they let us bring our own camping chairs in to sit on. Our kids, as well as us, enjoyed the pool. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was typical but very good. Staff worked hard to get everyone everything they needed and wanted for breakfast. A tough job with the COVID restrictions. Overall a nice stay in a smaller Wisconsin town. Walk to Vinces for dinner if you stay here. Hotel staff gave it a good review and it was a great place to walk to (about 3 minutes).......

  Friendly service is still important!

  We had clean and comfortable rooms at a reasonable price, but they did their job with a smile and I could tell even with a mask on every time. None of us can do everything, but each of us can do something and the team here helped us navigate a difficult week taking school finals remotely with no internet hiccups. Kudos!

  Rude

  The front desk worker Samantha was very rude and demeaning, the room had hand prints on the dresser and needed a more thorough clean. Hot tub was nice, pool was cold. Our room has a jacuzzi but the hot water in the room wasnt very hot.
