  Good experience

  The Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and well organized. overall a good value. Breakfast buffet had many options. Pool and hot tub were clean and not over crowded. Close to area attractions, shopping and restaurants. Downside is there are a lot of kids who stay here I believe because they offer the breakfast buffet and a pool. Kids were running across the floor late into the night and it was a little annoying but not the point a complaint needed to be made, Would stay here again in the future

  Great place to stay

  We had the King bedroom deluxe room with fireplace, hot tub and separate room with pull out couch and TV. That was a great feature as I went to bed early and couldn't hear the TV in the other room. Very nice accomadations.

  Nice, comfortable, cozy hotel.

  I had the pleasure of spending a Friday night in March 2020 in Greenville with a friend of mine, and we stayed at this AmericInn that night. Overall, I was pretty satisfied. My check-in experience was quick and easy. Our room (#204) was clean and comfortable. I appreciated the business center computer in the lobby where I was able to catch up on my social media, and the pool/hot tub area were nice overall. Breakfast in the morning was all right... nothing special but there was enough decent food to satisfy us for breakfast before we headed on our way. I really liked the vibe of this place. It was quite acceptable and I'd love to stay there again if I have an opportunity, but I can't give it an Excellent rating because of three things: 1) the water temperature in the hot tub wasn't as hot as it should have been (although the temperature of the main pool was quite pleasant and not cold at all), 2) breakfast could have been better (the biscuits were hard and dry), and 3) the room seemed like it could have used some updating. Our check-out process went smoothly. I would definitely have no qualms about staying here again.

  Great last minute stay

  My stay was very last minute, they had nice rooms available at a nice price. I didn't get there to check in until late at night, but there was still someone right there when I walked in to get my checked in and on my way to to my room. I would definitely stay there again.

  Great hotel and staff!

  Great service and hotel staff. Very accommodating and helpful. Quiet rooms, couldnt hear other guests. Clean rooms and lobby. If ever in the area I would definitely stay there again. Was not disappointed in the least.
