  COVID Risk

  None of the staff I encountered were wearing masks. The only visible protections I saw were plastic sheets in front of part of the front desk, but I don't think this would really protect you if the person was sick. There was a used conditioner bottle left in the shower, so I don't know how well my room was cleaned beforehand. The hotel has I think 13 different wifi networks that you could connect to and it wasn't clear which one would necessarily have the best signal. Regardless, my laptop couldn't connect to any of them. My phone and tablet could though.

  Honestly my husband and I won't be back!! The room was absolutely disgusting and dirty!! There was someone else's fingernails/toenails on the floor, soda bottle on the floor, hair on the bed, Toothpaste or something on the wall and on the air-conditioning!! Staff not wearing masks when there is a pandemic going on and everyone else is required to wear masks!! Also no bag for ice or plastic cups in room pool and hot tub closed until further notice and we weren't notified of that!! Use to like this place but now under new management we won't be back!!

  The room was dirty and gross. The floor didn't look like it had been cleaned for a while, the bathroom floor was sticky, tub was pink and the furniture was filthy. There has been a party in the room at one time because the tape and ends of the streamers were still up.

  Terrible

  This place was a joke it says pool was opened and they had breakfast then we get here and they didnt have breakfast and the pool wasnt open as u can tell the light fixture is broke just hanging by the wire not safe at all opened the hide a bed and there was no sheets nor blankets and a half eaten bag of chips in it not impressed by this place at all

  TERRIBLE.

  Staff was rude. It had a horrible smell. No breakfast or pool due to covid, yet none of the employees were wearing masks. Our room was dirty. Only 2 small towels and they were stained. No amenities. We have stayed at many hotels this is the WORST ONE EVER. Will NEVER book here again. All they care about is taking your money. They could care less about the comfort of their customers.
