  Pesimo servicio en medio de la nada.

  El hotel es un hotel normal donde se puede pasar una noche pero, esta en medio de la nada, no tiene restaurante y los restaurantes que hay en el centro comercial de en frente son pésimos. Hay parking gratuito exterior y wifi. La hab es amplia pero sencilla, el baño diminuto y la cortina de la ducha pegajosa, horrorosa. El servicio es lamentable. Hubo un problema de nieve y no me consiguieron ni un taxi ni hicieron el mínimo esfuerzo por acercarme al aeropuerto para no perder un vuelo intercontinental. Fui al hilton de en frente donde me alojo normalmente y me lo solucionaron. Nunca volvere al hotel, cama pequeña, no lo recomiendo. Una terrible experiencia y un servicio pasante y lamentable. Recomiendo el hilton de al lado por un precio similar. Tengo una critica hecha del hilton que recomiendo leer.

  No buen hotel

  El hotel está muy descuidado, en la entrada las mesas están descarapeladas y la iluminación es muy baja y el piso está sucio la mayor parte del tiempo. La habitación no tiene iluminación, los sillones están sucios y manchados de pintura. No hay shampoo para el cabello y no me pudieron ayudar con crema de madurar. Las paredes están pegajosas al igual que el teléfono. Muy mala experiencia por lo que no lo recomiendo

  Disgusting

  Avoid this hotel. Dirty, filthy hotel, broken a/c, mold, broken elevator. Given a room that had not been clean then downgraded to another room that was just as nasty. Their excuse was shorthanded on cleaning staff.

  Avoid this hotel if you dont want to destroy your mood.

  It looks clean online but in reality its very dirty the staff are very unprofessional and the manager of the place a very racist person. When it comes to customer service, this places is the worst hotel to even try to stay in at....I had a reservation with them paid and everything but they kicked me out for coming an hour early for checking, they wouldn't allow me to even sit down or park in their parking lot until after checking....management doesn't care about you. They will mistreat you from the minute you walk in, every hotel has a goal of trying to make you feel at home but this one really want you to feel stupid for paying them your money. They are very cruel and careless.....go somewheres else.

  REALLY!!!!! This is a long one, but please read!!!

  Please note this review is being given in the middle of my stay! Day 1 - 10/08/2020 0830 - Called hotel at 0830 to ensure hotel room would be ready and cleaned as i wa about to embark on a 14 hour drive and would be tired. The male clerk informed me it would be ready and I had until 0300 to check in on Thursdays audit. 2330 - Arrived at front desk to check in female clerk was nice, upon entering the room their was a smell in the room and as I checked the room I noticed the comforter looked stained and the pillowshad makeup on them as if it was used then adjusted to give the impression it was clean. There were long strands of hair on top and in between the blankets and sheets. The notepad and pen had food stuck to them and was placed on a sticky side table. There was a sticky substance wasted on the counter around the sink and the microwave that ran down the cabinet. The desk had the same substance. The floor was not vacuumed and was full of stains (bright red ones). The sink was dirty with water spots and the tub was filthy. I went to the front desk and received fresh sheets and cleaning cloths but she could not locate an cleaner, luckily I travel with bedding, pillows, clorox wipes and spray. After cleaning the room I took the old linen including the blankets to the clerk who took them to laundry by the time I was finished with sanitizing a room that should have been cleaned it was 0130 and I was exhausted. Day 2 - 10/09/2020 I was out of the hotel all day so no complaints, however, the customers across the hall decided to throw a party that lasted until the wee hours of the morning and I was exhausted and had a funeral in the morning. Day 3 - 10/10/2020 1030 - As I was leaving I sat the used towels and trash on the outside of door but say the housekeepers and asked for new towels. The young lady stated she would place the towels on the couch, however upon my return after 1300 I did not have replacement towels and had to return to the front desk and retrieve them. >>>FASTFORWARD<<<<< Day 4 - 10/11/2020 The reason I am up at 0259 in the morning writing a review.There was a party going on in the front of the hotel which is where my room is located. I contacted the front desk and she just stated ok and the party continued, I went to the front desk which was empty so I returned to my room infuriated by the noise as I sleep. I still have one day left...smh Thank you Comfort Inn, my stay was uncomfortable and I will no recommend this hotel nor will I stay again unless you all make some changes!! Some big ones. You do not have to lose professionalism and customer service because of the current state of the economy.
