  The worse of all the comfort suites ever

  If I could give a negative review I would!! My son hurt himself on the door the bed was disgusting and the microwave cant picture what all I could get into pictures- after then going through in between the mattresses was mold, crumbs and extremely dirty we left right after checkin

  Disgusting

  The room was disgusting. There was a giant stain on the bed sheets, so got new sheets and they had a stain and a burnt spot on it. There was trash left from a previous guest. Tons of hair in the bathtub. The floor felt so gross we have to keep our socks on. There pantry has nothing in it. We felt so dirty when we woke up we were scared to eat the breakfast, so we just left. This hotel is for sure going down hill.

  Aging building, but staff was top notch!

  We had a problem with the shower the first night, and they offered to send someone up right away, but we opted for the next morning. Quick work, it was fixed. There's wear and tear on the building and we didn't get to experience the pool or the breakfast thanks to Covid, but every person we encountered was friendly and helpful! Asia, especially, was so sweet at the front desk, and she checked in through the week to see how the baseball tournament was going- our reason for the stay. It's not a super-great area of town, but we didn't really feel unsafe moving around. There were quite a few quick food options and department stores pretty close, and it was a quick trip to downtown Memphis.

  Stay away from this place !!!!!!!

  This has got to be theeeee worst "Choice" hotel I have ever stayed in. Teenagers hanging outside. No hot water in the room we were given and none on the same floor. had to pack up everything and move upstairs. rooms were the smallest I ever had. remote for tv did not work even after changing batteries. Towels were just barely big enough to dry off. 1 little tiny bottle of shampoo. This place should become a "cheap" hotel and not the quality of "Choice". Stay away !!!!!!!!!!!

  Dirty sheets

  We pulled down the comforter and found that the beds had been made up without changing the sheets. There were hairs all over the sheets. We got new sheets from the front and made the beds ourselves. It was gross. We asked to see the manager but conveniently the manager wasn't there.
