  Unfriendly, with lights not working

  The receptionist stayed on phone, clearly a personal call, for a while despite acknowledging me, and was quite unfriendly. There was not even one blanket in the room, bathroom light was not working. Despite that information on line said that breakfast was included. there was only a box of unwrapped doughnuts in the lobby in the morning.

  BAD!

  Took 30 min to try to check in due to poor internet connection. Lobby was dirty and hotel representive was watching a football game that was being played VERY LOUDLY when several guests were coming and going, and trying to check in. Once in room, bedding was dirty, toilet was GROSS, room smelled, NO T.V, and internet wouldn't connected. WANT REFUND! We immediately tried checking out but were told due to internet being down and no manager on site, we were unable to get a refund! I took my complaints to Wyndham and began a formal claim. STILL NO REFUND...

  No internet cable slow off and on

  No internet no cable and when the internet did come on it was very slow off and on only had three channels on the TV staff did not do anything to help get more channels on the TV but at 4 I was dissatisfied

  Just awful

  Dirty. Awful check in with inadequate English skills. Frayed drapes, couldn't make it so that people in parking lot couldn't look right into room. Lobby dirty, breakfast area blocked off with traffic cones. No remote or even plastic cups to take morning meds in my room. I stayed in a worse place once, was 39 years ago!

  Very Disappointing

  1. Desk clerk did not wear a mask. Plastic barrier had a 4 ft slit. 2. Toilet did not flush with just water. Further use did not make it better. 3. Facility is billed as non smoking. Our room smelled of marijuana smoking. 4. Smoke detector was rendered inoperable by a plastic bag covering the detector, held in place by pushpins. 5. Room darkening curtains were filthy and torn. 6. A queen size comforter was used on a lumpy king size bed. 7. Blood spatters were on the wall. 8. Pool door was propped open with a note the pool was closed. It appear to be empty. 9. No coffee nor breakfast, because of "Covid". All other facilities we stayed at had safety measures in place with a full breakfast.
