  Amazing spot for a weekend get-away!!

  I have to say, I was VERY impressed with this hotel. The room were very nice and very clean. Great location with lots of shopping and restaurants near by. The price was PERFECT as well. I highly recommend Americas Best Value Inn & Suites.

  Super awesome stay!

  I accidentally booked my resorvation for a day later than I needed it without realizing. When I showed up and told them who I had a reservation they realized the day was wrong and just canceled it and rebooked me with no extra charge. The staff was super nice, good coffee the next morning, and they made me feel very welcome. I will definitely stay here next time Im in Houston!

  clean room

  The property was okay, but the manager of the motel could have been dressed according to his job. We were there 3 days, and each day he wore flannel pants, which looked like pajama bottoms. Right or wrong, I judge what the room is going to look like according to how well kept the person at the desk is. I was not impressed with his appearance, but the room was clean and looked nice. The orange juice and cranberry juice were available to the guests all day long, but my concern was that it was not kept cold. It would not be something that I would want to drink, because I would be afraid that it would make me sick. I was concerned that maybe the other food wasn't kept cold or fresh, so I didn't have breakfast there. The staff were friendly.

  Nauseous Cleaning Smell

  The hotel room smelled as if they tried to cover up a previous smoker with way too much cleaning chemicals. It was so strong it started to give me a headache. There were holes in the sheets that looked like a burn mark. I would not stay here again and would invest more in a better hotel. I recommend a more chain hotel. The amount I saved from the rental was not worth it.

  Amazing Rooms!!

  My wife, her Service Dog and I stayed at this property. When checking in I was greeted by P. K. and even though I made sure to let the property know that we were traveling with a Service Dog it seemed like it was a complete surprise to P.K. He asked for proof for the Service Dog, this is against ADA rules, but since I was tired I showed proof along with her shot records. Once we got through this the room (which was handicap accessible) was amazing!! It was big enough to accommodate my wife in her wheelchair. Suggestions I would make are to install a 24 inch grab bar in the shower along with a shower seat. Also, the bed is too high for a disabled to get into, I had to lift my wife to get her onto the bed.Once these adjustments are made we would definitely stay here again. P. K. kept asking us if all was good.
