  HORRIBLE

  Llegamos a este hotel porque en el hotel de un lado no tenia disponibilidad. los cuartos tenian un aroma horrible, la alfombra, las sabanas y las almoadas estaban pegajosas, es el unico hotel en el que e estado en el que no pude dormir por que tenia miedo, el personal no me dio nada de confianza, habia personas muy sospechozas en el estacionamiento. en pocas palabras fue un gran error llegar a ese lugar.

  good stay

  Manager was very friendly and accomadating, he let us see the room before we paid, he put us in the room next to him which is 1 of the better rooms, he went and got us a microwave. Room was very clean and had a fridge and tv.

  Roach motel

  Wasnt even in the room longer than 15 mins and seen 3 roaches! This is just pure disgusting! I booked online for 2 nights! I'm so disappointed. The room is filthy no pillows, no toilet paper tv didnt work this hotel ain't nothing but a trap house!

  ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!!

  This place was absolutely disgusting! Upon arrival there was a woman working behind the counter, talking with a man who was obviously on drugs with sores all over his face. She confirmed my reservation that I had booked online with Priceline. She informed me that she would have to collect a deposit for the remote for $10 in cash, I told her that was absurd, as I assured her that I didn't have a use for a remote but insist it be paid in cash. I took the key and went to find my room, I pulled along side the building and there were several individuals "hanging out" on the balcony smoking pot and drinking loudly. The room was on the upper level 3 doors down from that chaos. Upon opening the door, it was clearly not cleaned and looked as a scene of a party, broken lamps, no covers on the bed except a small throw and a pillow (I have photos because I couldn't believe it) empty and half empty 2 liters strewn about the room. Clothes and blankets wadded up in the chair. It was something I couldn't UNSEE- I went down to the office and showed her the pictures to which she said oh- it must not have been clean.... she gave me another room on the other side of the hotel away from the "party on the balcony" and upon opening that door- the tv was on, there was the comforter with no sheets on the bed just thrown on with burn holes everywhere and 1 dirty pillow. Again lampshades were missing (which makes me think of that stupid $10 in cash at the front desk). Needless to say, I got the hell out of there. I didn't stay there - I went down the street and HAPPILY paid much more to stay at the Marriott. Now I am struggling with both Priceline and America's Best Value Inn to GET MY MONEY BACK. This is the most HORRIBLE experience I have EVER had with online booking. Oh - they did tell Priceline that they will refund what I paid for the room minus the $10 because that was paid in cash. They said I could get that back IF I WOULD OF CAME BACK TO THE DESK TO GET IT - or I could stop by- but I live 12 1/2 hours away from that nasty place. So instead, I am sharing my experience with this hotel anywhere and everywhere that I can so others won't be duped by the photos that they post online as representation of the hotel.

  DO NOT STAY HERE!

  The only reason I am giving it one star is you cannot give it zero. Beware of what you are getting. I stupidly did not read reviews and just picked the cheapest hotel I could find. MISTAKE! The room was awful. It was dirty (stains everywhere, didn't look like the carpet had been vacuumed in years, no clean towels and smelled), the AC barely functioned, the bed was broken and damn near on the ground, the comforter was ripped like it had been cut with a knife and only one light worked in the room. All of that is enough but this hotel is not safe whatsoever. They don't give out the WiFi pass unless you ask and their policy is that if you stay longer than $15 you cannot be refunded. If you have a problem after 7 PM you're on your own because no employees stick around. A man was literally smoking meth (or crack, I'm not sure which one) just outside my room and people went in and out of another room all night long (until about 4 AM) so you can gather in your own mind what that likely was. This hotel should be shut down. I will never ever, ever stay at another Americas Best Value Inn for no other reason than this hotel.
