  Never Again. Stay Away

  I found 4 dead bugs on the floor. At least they were dead and very visible. I didn't go over the room with a fine tooth comb. I couldn't miss seeing them. My thermostat worked fine. The other room we had, it didn't work and was close to falling off the wall. Had stayed at a place at a similar price point in a very small town and that room was way better than this one. You better be hurting to need to stay here. Would have rather of slept in my car.

  Quick over night

  The stay started with the clerk not being able to find my reservation. Finally 20 mins later I have my key to a double bed room (i booked a single). Parking for my room was minimal. Get in, get settled, get food ordered (that's an entire different review) decide to take a shower.... the water pressure was the WORST I've ever experienced. It took me 20 minutes just to get my hair wet enough to wash! Then! I find a dead cricket. Now, i know I'm in Oklahoma and there are bound to be crickets (I'm a former resident of this area), but this one was there for a while. I suggest staying else where!

  Over night

  Dead bugs on floor, dirty floors throughout, broken shower, sand paper towels and tv didnt have an electrical cord. Stay far, far away. It is not worth going on but apparently there is a minimum amount of characters for a review.

  When nothing else open...

  A standard cheap room in a US town - thankfully no bugs per the other reviews yet questionable stains on lamp shades, etc. Basic room with basic amenities - bed, desk & chair and quasi working heater / water pressure. Does in a pinch yet for the price, more is expected -

  Never again

  The October ice storm took out our electricity at our home, so we decided to get a room in Stillwater till they got it back on. This was during the pandemic, and the city requires face masks. They had a sign on the door that face masks were required (which we wore), but the clerk was not wearing one. Check in was pleasant, the clerk was very nice. Got to the room and the key didn't work. Back down to the lobby, clerk very helpful and got us into the room. The view from our room was the pool....it was green...yuk. The room was very run-down although moderately clean except for the badly stained shower floor. There was no phone, no clock, no coffee maker, no bedside lamps for reading, or facial tissue in the bathroom. The towels had seen better days and some were so heavily stained they looked like they had been used to wash a car. As promised, there was a refrigerator (working fine) and microwave (no outlet to plug it in). We moved the microwave to the floor next to the door where there was an outlet. Had to tape the cord to the outlet to get it to stay in, but at least it worked. Lots of noise at night. I would not be shocked to hear that there was drug/prostitution activity there, as much of the clientele looked pretty shady, and the noise at night was lots of fighting and cursing. There was free wi-fi, as advertised, but the signal was very weak resulting in deja vu to the old modem days. There was supposed to be free breakfast, coffee and tea in the lobby, but due to the pandemic that was not available. I intended to take pictures, but we got word that the electricity had been restored at our house and we couldn't get out of there fast enough. I do not recommend this hotel at all.
