  Clean, comfortable at an affordable price

  Stopped over on our way to Florida. Room was clean and comfortable. Good night's sleep, was very quiet even though there is a restaurant, night club, gas station next door and the motel was quite full. We never heard a thing until our alarm went off in the morning. Nice, clean, little pool, but a bit too cold still, so I don't think it was open yet, but it looked very nice. Free ice and vending machine near office. We missed breakfast, but that was because we slept so well. Owner or manager was very, very friendly and wished us a safe trip. We will return next time we are in the area.

  Average hotel

  Hotel was average, rooms plain and not that clean. Would not honor coupon book rate, Gave us drive up room on left side. Was quiet though. When we checked in staff at counter did not even make out fill out register form, which was odd.

  Awesome

  We stayed here last night. Price was great. Nice room. Quiet. Front desk was very welcoming and kind. Breakfast was nice. Close to anything you could want. Lots of cabel channels was a great bonus. Will stay here again.

  For the price was good. Older but clean, which is my biggest thing. Good rate...i hate paying high prices for a quick night's sleep and shower. Had all the amenities you need....iron and ironing board, hairdryer, in-room coffee, frig, microwave, ice across the way. Small outdoor swimming pool....don't know if usable since we came in at night. Walls are NOT soundproof though. Could hear someone's plumbing and tv. Quiet otherwise. No road noise. Bed was in good condition and slept fairly well. Man that checked us in was very personable. A couple good restaurants in walking distance. Sufficient parking...had truck and boat. Would stay again.

  Getting Better

  Owner has been getting renovations done and i believe place is improving. As previous review stated., it is well equipped with amenities and has comfortable bed. Carpet was pretty dirty though and some paint touch-ups are still required. Road noise was non-existent but I could hear other guests. We left prior to breakfast but noticed they had a few choices. If you are really on a shoe string budget, you probably won't find better at this price, but I will probably give it a miss.
