  Creepy receptionist guy call my room.

  Im not the best when it comes to explaning situations in general but i will try my best and make it short. My husban and I check in in this place a yr ago. My husband left for work at night and i stay there by myself. I suddenly received a phone call from The guy incharge at front asking me if he could come up to my room.that he has seen that my husband wasn't back yet. I immediately lock the door call 911 . HE DENIED ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING EVEN DOE THE COPS SAW THE PHONE CALL HISYORY (and they did saw that he had call my room) . it was extremely scary i just felt like they had cameras inside my room (not a fact) just how i felt. I would never EVER STAY AT THIS PLACE EVER again.

  Bed Bugs

  Rented room for a week for my son. The room had bed bugs, had to go buy him new clothes to leave in. Left before the week was up, we were told we could have another room. No way, would not give us any sort of refund.

  Rooms dirty. Hairs on "clean" towels. Locks sometimes do not work with the key. Pool not working (apparently for over a year according to other reviews. Creepy people/guests hanging out on stairs and being loud at all hours of the night. I guess you get what you pay for.

  Pleasant surprise

  Unplanned stay after a terrible experience at another hotel, I was very happy with the room. Updated decor, very clean, comfortable beds. Directv and a big flatscreen. Brand new refrigerator and microwave.

  This Hotel is Disgusting!

  I booked a room off of Priceline. Got to my room. Discovered the bedskirt was filthy,cigarette burns in top bedslip.Huge spider on bed,mold all in bathroom.Bed sheets looked as if they were not clean.carpets not vacuumed.Called the front desk and expressed all these things stated.Owner moved me to another room in not much better condition.It was very late and stayed due to I had my grandchild with me and we needed to get some sleep.Grandaughter was scared to death as there were vagrants all over the property..Hotel offers a free continental breakfast.Got up the next morning to go get breakfast to be told. That the owner stated he told us at check in ..no breakfast..which was never told to us..Their big sign out front states free breakfast..The tv had a fuzzy picture.. Very limited channel selection.. No premium channels as stated on priceline.Mainley spanish channels.Pool was drained..Made the lady at front desk aware of all these things. She stated she would give me a partial refund and said she needed to talk this over with her manager..The owner lives on site..Wrote her name on a business card with refund amount and date and her name.She then stated it would probably be several days before she would know something..I felt she was just trying to get me out the door..Do yourself a favor and got to Laquinta, Holiday Inn,Hampton Inn..Those chains are loyal to their customers.I discovered bed bugs after waking next morning with bites all over me..Im calling the Health Dept to make a complaint..
