  My Stay at Americas Best Value Inn-Kinder

  upon arriving the attendant was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean. and spacious. The best thing I liked was the shuttle. Didn't have to worry about parking at the casino or having the hassles of finding a parking spot there.

  Was unable to go and could not find a way to cancel my reservation.

  I travel to Kinder often and am trying to find a local, clean, reasonable motel there. I was on my way to Kinder on the day of my reservation. I had car trouble and had to stop halfway there. In the midst of tryiing to locate someone to come pick me up and take me home and finding a mechanic to see about my vehicle I called the local America's Best Value to try to cancel my reservation. I was told that I needed to do that online when I got home. I have looked through my reservation confirmation over and over and can find no way to cancel a reservation online. Lesson learned: Be careful when making reservations online. Sometimes they are very hard to cancel.

  charged and did not stay

  I was charged for a 1 night stay on February 5th 62922SB011042 due to a system glitch on your website and I have called directly and they will not refund me. I find this highly unfair as I am staying at this location Saturday for my cousins birthday celebration. I do expect to be refunded or at least waive my cost this saturday reservation 62922SB011043. This was not my fault and need to be reimbursed

  Pleasant surprise

  Nice spacious area surrounded by woods, large parking lot built for any vehicle. We were moving two vehicles and had no worries about the new one getting dinged. Room was nicely lit, TV had tons of channels. Everything was clean, tub was made to fit adults, plenty of hot water that felt great after four days of driving. If I sound impressed it's because two nights earlier we spent $15 more for a room upstate that had none of these qualities. The differences in clerks were like night and day. We stopped here early in the afternoon to secure a room but we were running so late I wasn't sure it was a good idea. The clerk had us taken care of in five minutes, maybe less. It seems they work harder here on every phase to draw casino traffic, but today we got the benefits.

  Weekend with friends , to the casino play Bingo and Gamble and to a concert Had a good time and will stay at this motel, the employees always try do my reservation as I request , I like the location of the room they give me I'll request
