  Great help.

  Our cycle group returned to Jefferson City on Oct 12th. Again we were wet and cold. But the staff were very good in getting our bikes cleaned and safely stored. They also did a large load of laundry for us that was very much appreciated. Thanks again for the great service. Ken

  Filthy, bed bugs, smells, owners rude

  Requested a non smoking room. Room and entire floor smelled like a smoke filled bar. Their excuse of a workout area was an exerbike in a ground floor room. The "hot breakfast" served in another ground floor room. Room had fleas and smell of mold and smoke. Manager refused to refund money when we tried to check out with in a couple of hours of arriving due to the horrible conditions. I left and told them I would dispute the credit card charge and he accused me of being a racists and leaving only because they were "foreigners". Avoid this place at all costs

  Clean and decent but had the squeakiest floors!

  The room was okay especially for what it cost, there was a part of the wall in the bathroom that had water damage and needed repair. The worst part though was the extremely squeaky and loud floor above us. Whoever was above us was up til 1am walking around and I could hear every step and then they were up again 6:30am-8am walking back and forth and it was so loud no one could sleep! Because of this I wouldn't stay there again. Other rooms might be better with noise.

  you get what ya pay for

  looking for a cheap dive and don't care about cleanliness than this is the place for you otherwise look somewhere else Room was dirty old food or something was stuck to the desk some kind of liquid was on the TV cabinet. Bathtub has some kind of stain and the back splash was cracked. Took awhile to get the heat going in the room definitely not staying here again

  Not bad

  We had to switch to this hotel as the one I originally booked wouldnt take pets. Had a nice stay no issues. Tried to have a pizza delivered and that wasnt possible but not their fault. Would stay here again if I needed a place for the night.
