  Peaches to Beaches Yardsale Sale

  Room was clean. King bed, microwave, refrigerator. Check in was friendly and quick. Park right in front of your room. Easy in and out. Breakfast items offered waffles, pastries, cereal, toast, bagels, juice and coffee. Owners are friendly .

  1st time just Ok 2nd time Horrible

  Stayed here back around Sept 12th all was just ok, owner is hard to understand and I don't think he knows anything you are saying if he does he just ignores you. Rooms are very well worn sheets are very thin pillow cases are very thin. Air conditioner didn't want to cool off the room very efficiently. I work night shift working with mega oversize loads, he gave me a hard time checking in around 7 a.m. but I just ignored his strange Behavior, now I'm back on September 21st and I try to get a room around 7 a.m. and he tells me I cannot check in until 11 a.m. and I have been up since 3 p.m. the following day because I work night shift. I simply opted not to stay there this time it would have been for 2 days his loss my game because I decided to go across the street to the Jameson Inn it is only $3 more and it is much nicer and they don't give you any problem with checking in at whatever time you need to. America's Best Value Inn has plenty of rooms available and now I know why I'm sure he gives everybody issues about something. Breakfast was three Bagels three Donuts and three cups of waffle batter. Once that's used up he does not put any more out so you will be stuck with frosted flakes and hopefully he has milk. I would not try to stay there again I would just simply go across the road to where I'm staying now the Jameson Inn.

  Motorcycle trip

  We stopped here for our midpoint of our trip from Daytona to home. The exterior makes it look a little run down, but the rooms are clean and sort of up to date. The service desk was pleasant and greeted me upon arrival. Room was ready, and we unpacked for the night, ordered pizza and slept well.

  Awesome

  Stayed here while in town looking at a house. This property was extremely clean and well taken care of. The owner and staff was very friendly and accommodating to our needs. Highly recommend and will stay here again on our next trip.

  BUGS

  The most positive thing i can Give is the bed was clean. There were bugs crawling on the wall my husband thought they were baby cockroaches but i didn't see any adults but I killed them and slept with the lights on all night because we didnt find this place till midnight and my husband said it was to late we were not leaving. We stayed in a kimg room that had a odd smell. And when i checked for bugs behind the mattress it had cobwebs and filth. This is the first bad review I've given to a hotel in years
