  I did contact corporate about this location. I have never been so embarrassed and humiliated in my entire life

  I was scared to take my shoes off there. The pictures online are very very misleading. For the price I paid I knew it was far from 5star but, had no idea it was this horrible. I was trying to save time and money and ended up with a horrible experience. This place should he shut down immediately!

  PEST PROBLEM & Hateful Manager

  PEST PROBLEM!!!!! They first charged us more online for the room then booking at the counter. They put us in a room in the back behind a truck trailer where our room was not visible without walking behind the trailer which made it dark and not well lite. Then the room was foul smelling with huge dead bugs in the floor. They apologized and changed our room which the next was still foul smelling and had bugs as soon as we came in. We tried to talk to the manager and he refused to help us.

  Disappointed

  We stayed the weekend at this hotel and i was highly disappointed. the pictures on the website and what it looks like in reality is horrible. there was bugs in the room and we did not want to take off our shoes because the carpet was bad!!! we needed was a place to stay for the night and it was around the area we were at but we were uncomforable the whole night. The next room down from us, they were loud.

  Great place!!

  Great place!! Highly recommend. Gino at the front desk was extremely helpful and accommodating. Clean rooms, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Spacious with Comfortable beds and a nice big TV! Will definitely stay here again when I make it back to the Fort Worth area.

  Carpet on floor in room dirty and sticky, room has bad odor and have had to spray deodorizer. My wife was eaten up by some kind of bugs, had to spray beadbug and flea killer on the mattress. Ran out of toilet paper forgot to put on mask Rick at the window was rude, and condescending, rather than nicely asking me if I had a mask ordered me away from window. Needless to say, I had to come back later to retrieve our toilet paper, I explained to Rick I dont care for rude people. Rather than apologize for the misunderstanding Rick argued with me, and stated I don't know how to read (masks are required by the state) Rick, you might want to treat your customers with a little more respect. Won't be staying here again.
