  Good but no hot water

  I arrived around midnight and the reception was close. The room is clean and good. The worse was that the water was not hot in the morning. If you stay for sleep and take a shower like me, you will only sleep. ....

  Overnight stay

  Stayed overnight to break our journey from Poland to uk, very pleased with clean spacious rooms, friendly English speaking staff, would highly recommend, had very nice Greek restaurant attached to the hotel, enjoyed a very nice meal at reasonable cos, overall was very pleased with our short stay

  Nice place for stop over near Bielefeld

  Very good Hotel in this category. Greek Restaurant and a large supermarket next door. Quiet large room with a big bathroom. Silent through the night. Very competent and professional personal. I will for sure return when I drive along the motorway 2 overnight.

  Good for sleeping but nothing else!

  Unusual location for a Best Western. Pleasant room and good wifi. Plenty of parking. We were misled into thinking the hotel had a restaurant because it advertised 'special diet meals' and 'room service'. Apparently it had a Greek restaurant and bar until recently but the franchised owner left suddenly and the information has not reached online booking sites. After driving 500 km we were not amused at having to get back into the car and driving to a restaurant in town. With the 'restaurant' being used as a breakfast room it really rubbed in what could have been!

  Incompetent

  This hotel is shocking night staff that are not there(smoking) when checking in or not there when checking out.staff use booking details to stark you on Google and contact your employer because you didn't check out ( as no staff where at reception) surly this is not allowed under GDPR
