  Great family hotel

  Great stay for familys. Lots of things for kida to do. Restaurants are lovely..spent three days here and ate in restaurant every evening. Indoor and outdoor playgrounds for kids. Felt very safe staying here recent during the Covid pandemic. Every precaution taken to keep staff and guests safe.

  Short Break

  Fantastic break during September. Very central lots of places to visit during the day. Restaurant very busy at night .Staff extremely efficient in all restaurants/bars. Although we did not have children on our visit with us.It seems a paradise for them. Lots of children there non school age because of time of year .

  An absolute KIP

  Disaster from start to end. Upon arrival we booked an evening meal, when we went down for our booking we were told no reservation was ever made. The man who served us was rude but eventually said he would fit us in. There was no bath stopper for the jacuzzi, no slippers, no robes. There was also no daiquiris on their extensive cocktail menu. The following morning we then found earwigs in our sink. When we went for breakfast, there was mould on the tomato. After 25 minutes our breakfast was replaced. When we complained about all of the above we were told that ear wings are to be expected due to the country location and that they are sorry but as our breakfast was replaced following our complaint we were not entitled to any compensation. Upon attending the pool, the jacuzzi was also cold, so cold even a member of staff was surprised. I would highly recommend against staying here. 255 per night for nothing but disappoints.

  Fantastic Stay & Christmas Experience

  We are just back from our third stay at Amber Springs. It is such a great family hotel with so much to keep kids entertained. We didn't expect the Christmas experience this year to be as good as last year (due to Covid) but it was honestly amazing, and in some ways I would say better! So magical with all the lights, and the energy and enthusiasm of the elves was fantastic. I can't recommend this enough. Thank you for a fantastic time and memories we will cherish.

  Xmas Village trip with the kids

  Absolutely outstanding stay from start to finish. Nessa checked us in and was a joy to deal with. She interacted with our kids brilliantly and got them all excited for the stay. We stayed in a suite where the kids had their own little room behind a curtain, the room itself was very spacious so plenty of room for the 4 of us. We had booked dinner but missed the reservation due to traffic but reception sorted us out with a new slot in the Farm restaurant which had great burgers. The Santa experience was absolutely fantastic, we had an elf assigned to our family who was brilliant with our kids and got plenty of hugs from our little lad Jamie, she won't forget him in a hurry lol. I don't usually write reviews but this whole experience from start to finish was the best we have ever had as a family. We will hopefully be returning next xmas, thanks for everything Amber Springs!
