Very Nice! The staff was very nice and professional. The hotel room was very quiet and gorgeous. The only complaint is that self parking is kind of far away. The hotel is close to a lot of restaurants and stuff. Would recommend this hotel. It is nice!

$75 for a late check-out during non-busy weekday? We travel to OKC often and this is our first time to stay at the Ambassador hotel. If you need a late check-out (1:30pm-2pm) go to the Renaissance Waterford Hotel where they always allows late check out (for free) especially during the weekday when they arent busy. We were going to be charged $75 at the Ambassador.

What a great surprise!I had the good fortune to find this hotel a few days ago in the midst of a cross-country drive. It is not inexpensive but worth every dollar. My room (411) was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom with walk-in shower was attractive. The staff was helpful and welcoming. And room service was timely and tasty. It's located in a delightful section of town that offers enticing retail (including a book store) and what appear to be interesting and varied restaurants (including a few coffee shops) . Home run! I can't wait to return.

Lovely hotel.Had a great stay over New Year's Eve. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. The only problem we had was our car getting hit while it was parked in Valet parking. The hotel handled well and covered the repair. Valet Bryce was really wonderful and helpful. Such a hard-working young man with exceptional manners. Loved the O Bar's views!!!

Room 206 & 411My other half and I stayed for 2 nights to celebrate personal accomplishments and birthdays. We chose to park on the street versus paying $15.00 to park in the alleyway. Room 206 is small yet beautifully decorated with snacks and beverages available in the room for $3 - $5. While settling in we found the bedding was stained and ripped, there were black marks on the ceiling, and considerable staining on the couch. Corey was very apologetic when I brought this to his attention and upgraded us to a corner room. Room 411 was beautiful and spacious, however not better in cleanliness. We talked about leaving, but it had snowed all day and we were hours from home. Unfortunately a shirt was ruined that night by an iron provided that looked like it was used to make grilled cheese sandwiches. There was a young man with twists in his hair working 07:00 PM on December 13th that had the nice touch of opening the door for us as we exited and entered the building. The best part of our stay was the plush bed and the exceptional staff. I will never choose the Ambassador again and am disappointed this experience is what we paid for. I understand things cannot be perfect in shared spaces, but more care should be taken to repair/replace items for rooms that cost as much as these considering other 4 star options are available for half the price in the same condition. The two gentleman mentioned deserve raises for their customer service because they were the main saving grace for our stay.
