  Una decepcion

  Si bien la playa es linda y el hotel esta sobre la playa no es un hotel 4 estrellas!! Muy malas habitaciones, desayuno pobre.....y todo en general regular. Me parece una estafa publicarlo como hotel 4 estrellas cuando no reune ni los requisitos minimos para un 3 estrellas. Ojo!!

  Dream wedding

  We had our wedding at this hotel in June and it was simply perfect. It was exactly what we wanted and more. The venue was perfect, staff were faultless and the food was delicious. Our guests all had a great time and lots of them want to go back for a holiday in the future. We cannot thank everyone who helped make our day so special enough and it will be a day we remember for the rest of our lives. We cant wait to go back! I really recommend this hotel, Emma the wedding planner and Jason for photographs. I would also recommend our entertainment of the sax, violin and DJ trio who had us dancing all day!

  Lovely setting for a relaxing holiday

  We had a lovely relaxing holiday in this family run hotel. The pool is so beautiful, surrounded by palm trees and beach is on your doorstep. Staff are wonderfully friendly and so service is excellent. I do love this hotel, but it might be time for an update of the interior and the menu. We had a room with a balcony and sea view which wed recommend.

  Unforgettable Wedding and Holiday

  My husband and I got married barefoot on the beach at Hotel Ambasciatori this year in May. We had the most wonderful, unforgettable stay and would love to go back. Wedding: Julie helped us to plan our special day. She kept in regular contact and gave great guidance and advice when it came to making important decisions. Julie has great contacts with local suppliers and professionals, and is just as excited as you are in creating your vision. We had a symbolic ceremony on the beach followed by a superb cocktail hour (You can get legally married on the beach too). Once my husband and I returned from taking pictures in the local area with our wedding photographer, we were treated to a 7-course Italian feast. The food was excellent and all of our guests requirements were catered for. Julie sourced the tastiest cake we have ever eaten (our guests always talk about THAT cake), and arranged a magnificent firework display and sparklers. I could go on and on about what a truly amazing experience Julie and the staff at Hotel Ambasciatori created for us all. Food: During our stay we ate really tasty food in the hotel's restaurant. Each day the chef would get us to choose what we wished to eat later in the day, so they had time to prep. We travelled with a couple of vegetarians, vegans and someone with a nut allergy, and they were all well-catered for. I recommend letting staff know about any allergies/intolerances/dietary requirements, as the hotel is very accommodating and will make sure you have a good dining experience. Rooms: We stayed in the Bridal Suite which was lovely. We had a beautiful view from our balcony and the room had everything that we needed (i.e. fridge, safe, tv, etc). The Bridal Suite even includes a separate room for brides to keep their wedding dresses and to get ready in. The rooms were clean, comfy and quiet for us to have restful sleep. Staff: I have never been to a hotel with better staff - they are welcoming, friendly, polite, happy and helpful. The hotel is family-run and they appear to pride themselves on excellent customer service. Julie and her family have great recommendations for places to visit in the local area, and useful knowledge about what events are on. Also, make sure to ask the staff to borrow the free bikes! They were really great fun to use up and down the stretch of beach. Location: The hotel is situated at the end of the stretch of beach, which is quiet and relatively private. It is within walking distance of beach bars, restaurants and shops. I know I'm probably forgetting details ... but I would definitely recommend the Hotel Ambasciatori for a couples getaway, chilled family holiday or for an idyllic beach wedding!

  Nice Facility and Location but not 4 Star

  We were looking for a nice quiet getaway after the lockdown and found it. However this was not a 4 Star Hotel as listed on the booking sites, no more than 3 Stars. It is clean and well maintained, but our room was small (couldnt open the bathroom door without hitting the bed) with a bathroom even smaller (you can see showers were not originally part of the bathroom as they now encroach on the comode.) Lacks the amenities one expects from a 4 star facility; better mattress, fluffier pillows, larger TV (but in our room there would have been no room for it.) Pool is very nice for relaxing in, not small and not overly large. Grounds are well maintained. Beach just outside the rear of the facility. We were on half board and ate much better outside. Meals were very simple, selected the day before, and lacked diversity; at best 2 Stars. Excellent selection of fresh baked goods for breakfast, but little else. Poor coffee from a generic multi-selection machine that didnt always work. When my wife asked for french fries, which we saw were being served to the children nearby, she was told she had to have the potatoes that were ordered. Not a way to treat guests. We did not find it the value for the price we paid.
