  interesante opcion

  lindas areas comunes, la habitacion bastante limpia, y la cama muy grande. Un poco decepcionados porque se vende como un hotel ecologico pero no es tal, el personal amable y atento, nos resolvio cualquier duda

  Great hotel!

  This hotel is centrally located in the Ximending district and is well worth the price! The front desk staff are welcoming and helpful, the in-room necessities are great. And everything youre looking for is just steps out your front door!

  A Wonderful Week

  We spent a week in this hotel and I cant praise it enough! We had a large, bright room. It was spotlessly clean and had all the amenities that we could want. The location was great in a bustling, exciting district with lots of shopping, restaurants and transportation nearby. But to our surprise, we couldnt hear any outside noise at all from our room. The staff members were all amazing, so kind and friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond for us during our stay and we were very grateful for all their help and advice. All in all a wonderful week at the amba Hotel Ximending!

  FANTASTIC

  We had a fantastic 5 nights at Amba hotel. Great location in the centre of Ximending, which was lively and very cool. We had a large room with street facing window. the bed was huge, very comfortable with lovely pillows and duvet. I could hardly hear my husband snoring from the other side! Spottlessly clean with fantastic wet room style shower and seperate toilet. lots of complementary toiletries, water, tea/coffee etc. It was both mine and my husbands birthdays during our stay, and we were suprised when we returned to our room to find 2 pieces of beautiful cake and a happy birthday banner above the bed! Due to the corona virus we had our temperature checked when re-entering the hotel and all areas of the hotel were being deep cleaned regulaly. This was reassuring, in fact we were very impressed with the checks and hand sanitiser avalability throughout Taipai. We will definitely be staying here again on our next visit.

  New discoveries around the hotel

  Stayed here for the last few days of my Taiwan trip. Glad that we stayed here as we discovered that there was much more to Ximending than what we initally thought it to be. Upon check in, we were given a map of the hotel and it really was useful. Indications of local food, massage, shopping etc were shown. Never knew that they were good when I was curious to check these places out on google. Indeed, there was a place nearby which lu rou fan (braised pork rice) was exclaimed to be the best. Oh my!! Room slippers were complimentary, much to my delight as I loved the vibrant color of mine. Our room (large hollywood twin type) was fantastic! There was a curtain you could draw over to divide the bedroom and the wet area (sink, toilet and bathroom). Very glad that the toilet and bathroom is in a different compartment. :) no need to fight. Haaa! We didn't include breakfast in our room booking. The hotel is very convenient, just beside eliste shopping complex. Starbucks is just downstairs and Mcdonald is nearby. On the day of our check out, we put our luggage with them first as it was still early to head to the airport. They have a weighing scale as well. Would consider to be back here again. Their replies were very prompt prior to our arrival by messaging function via Expedia app.
