  Best in Batu

  We stay here for business meeting. The hotel located on highland of Batu. The room was comfort enough. The meeting room and the facitilies were good enough. The best here was the weather. It was cold and fresh. Other good thing was the view in the evening. We could see the city lights. The food was average.

  Good hotel with amazing view

  Hi 4206 here, spent my last night malang with amarta, the resort was quiet big, the lobby little bit small for a resort, the variety of buffet is great but the restaurant packed with family and group on the weekend, the pool also packed on the weekend but have a good view. The room looks old and need to maintain cause theres a lot scatches on the wall, cleanliness can be improved, the view on the room unbeatable. Breathtaking view on the fifteen celcius skyloung and also theres a lot insta spot around the resort!

  View is Amazing!!

  Went there while pandemi, so the hotel was almost empty. Only few cars being parked there. While breakfast was limited (had to order the night before), the view from my room was amazing. I got to see sunrise from my room, and it was lovely.

  Hotel property and the view is very good, but service and rooms are below average. Services and hospitality below par not upto what we expected. Toilet is not so well equipped and door knobs are almost broken. Swimming pool is good but showers inside the toilet near the swimming pool are broken and cannot be used. Gym and health club is clean and all equipments are well maintained and seems to be new. This hotel is worth to stay if guests want to relax seeing the view.

  Amazing place for staycation

  We went to this hotel for several reason: - The location so amazing, on the foot of Panderman Mt., no need to turn on A/C - Fantastic view with the pool toward Arjuna Mt. scene as well as beautiful chapel - Price reasonable where they have WFH package 4-nights, pay for 2-nights only - Delicious and tasty food - Not far away from Batu City Center - Friendly staff - The room and bed so clean with disinfectant - Hot water shower
