  Breakfast at weekend, menu below standard. Order Omelette tak kunjung datang. Ternyata stok kosong di moment weekend. Lack of preparation & need to improve asap. Pengecualian untuk all "Lobby Personel". Mereka very2 helpful dan tulus membantu urgency saya yang pada saat itu cukup complicated, two thumbs up for them. Untuk "Guest Relation", personally sangat ramah. Direct approach to give privilege to guest juga professional, informasi yang diberikan clean & clear. Two thumbs up for her. Interior bisa di improve dengan ada nya parket lantai yang lebih berkualitas / di combine dengan karpet di area tempat tidur, even better kalau flooring full karpet. Conclusion : Good Service, will stay again in the near future.

  Comfy, lux and retro vibes, F&B taste delicious enough but lack of variety. IMHO they should change the towels. The light at the halls and the AC at the halls also need to be repaired. Overall service is good. Definitely will recommend it to friends and colleagues.

  don't be a victim of negative self talk remember you are listening.because providing services to clients in the morning is very important and makes us fresh in doing a job and breakfast in the morning is very important for us to start something new and to dare to start does not have to be good enough to say enough to hear and enough to make interesting conversations and topics on when talking

  Nice Staff but Kind of Grubby

  I stayed here with colleagues (from Australia, Ukraine and the US) for 4 nights. The hotel was arranged by the group we were meeting with. Pros: front desk, housekeeping, restaurant and maintenance staff were all pleasant and cheerful. breakfast had a variety of items, including fresh fruit, cereal, cooked-to-order eggs and local dishes. mattress was comfortable. location close to a couple of shopping malls. a problem with the sink drain and faucet in my bath was promptly repaired. Cons: rooms are ornately decorated and very out of date. no hot water in sink or showerbarely tepid. Nothing done about it when I brought it to the staff attention. carpet in halls and in rooms is badly stained; definitely a keep-your-socks-on kind of place. lighting is dim, there are several lamps, but the output is insufficient; maybe so you dont notice the stained carpet. while the hotel is non-smoking, there is an ashtray in the room and the room smelled of stale smoke (probably due to the wallpaper) and the halls smelled of fresh smoke every evening...so someone was smoking in their room! towels and bed linens are worn and dingy gray; time to get some new, white towels and use some brightener/whitener in the laundry. service at the bar and in the restaurant, when ordering from the menu was painfully slow and hit or miss what came out first. But, though a limited menu, the local food (appetizers, nasi goreng) was good. road noise, if your room faces the front, is loud; its on a road that is busy night and day and its like the traffic is right there in the room with you. Bring ear plugs. WiFi was spotty; sometimes strong and steady; other times going out every few minutes. I recommend a router booster. Ive stayed in several more basic hotels in Indonesia that were cleaner and brighter. Suggest you do, too.

  disappointed, hurt, betrayed

  We stayed at this hotel 2 nights. On the second night someone went through our luggage and stole 5 items, some of which are not replaceable as they were souvenirs and items from a wedding. Do not allow the porters to bring your luggage to your room.
