  Estuve durante una semana en el hotel Amansari el servicio fue bueno la atención de su personal muy buena y el cuarto bien. Los contras el cuarto es algo pequeño, el wifi no entra bien a los cuartos y el desayuno cansa al 4to día lo considero como una opción en presión si te quieres quedar fuera de la ciudad y descansar.

  Old Hotel with Great Staffs

  Located about 30 minutes from JB city centre. Convenient for those who wants to be around Pasir Gudang, Seri Alam and Permas Jaya area. Rooms are spacious and staffs are helpful and friendly. Our room key didnt work the first time round. Went to reception and the receptionist was quick to change one for us. The general manager is also helpful and tried his best to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Most of the staffs did well and deserves a pat in the back for trying to make an old hotel comfortable. Food is ok overall with a golf course view while dining. Gym is a bit rundown and can certainly use some change of the gym equipment. Squash court is ok. Swimming pool is clean. Overall, this is an old hotel which can benefit greatly from repainting works and perhaps some refurbishing. Owner should consider some serious upgrading work to make the place brighter and newer.

  Hotel for relaxation

  Hi This hotel is perfect for relaxation and relaxation. Especially for breakfast, the restaurant area is close to the pond and very enjoyable. This hotel is far from the city center and does not have convenient access Hotel cleanliness, food quality and service were average The villagers try to work with you and get you satisfied The hotel pool is not secluded and most travelers do not use it, but we enjoyed it and enjoyed it Overall it is perfect for a hotel break

  Old rooms but nice staff

  View is nice on the golf area, rooms are very old, furniture is very old too, no such varities on TV, internet is not good it depends on your location, hot water for few minutes, quite and soundless rooms, nice breakfast, room menu is ok but most of the time the items are not available specially cheap menu, MOST OF working staff is nice and helpful.

  Cleanliness and pest control

  Because of Christmas holidays, I introduced my friends to stay at Amansari Resort at Seri Alam area, also because of the brand name SKS Group. I must say here, based on my interactions with the ground staff, they are friendly & polite;the breakfast is reasonably good & value for money. However, my friends had inputs for Amansari Management to consider as these can be your improvement opportunities to becoming an international hotel chain - a truly "Malaysia Boleh" proud. Their feedback were: The toilet of room 3521 was not functioning well and "smelly"; room 3516 was "invaded" by cockroaches;other rooms were either "smelly" or dirty. We gave feedback to the front-desk staff, so I hope the management is updated with these incidents. Basically cleanliness can be improved, as well as pest control. Are your cleaners well trained to carry out proper cleaning? My friends did their room bookings based on my recommendation,and this was done after I had viewed the rooms as accompanied by your sales staff (Liana and Niffanny). But the rooms allocated for my friends were not as good as the rooms I viewed. I hope Amansari Management takes actions to improve cleanliness and pest control of Amansari Resort.
