  Una opción excelente en el centro de Sevilla

  Desde luego si quieres tener toda Sevilla a mano y vivir el encanto del barrio de Santa Cruz, esté es el lugar indicado. A pocos metros de la catedral de Sevilla, de la Giralda, de los Alcázares, Archivo de Indias, etc... y de la mejor zona para degustar tapas típicas de la ciudad. Cómodo, amplio, limpio... en definitiva de lo mejor.

  BEWARE - Bait & Switch - Vacation ruined

  We booked the Penthouse for Sept 12 -14, 2017 on Expedia. Was looking forward to it as the views looked incredible. I wish I could tell you they were. I confirmed with Sandra a few weeks before and let her know we were arriving by train at 9:15am. I was to contact Blanca (another phone number provided) once we arrived in Seville. At around 5pm the night before, Sandra contacted me via Expedia Messaging saying we couldn't check in early as there are other guests in the apartment (ok) and that they were switching us to another location. 14 San Esteban. I told her we didn't accept that and wanted our original booking. After a couple of messages where she said you're going to 14 San Esteban an I'm saying no... I didn't receive any more communications that night. I contacted Expedia as we paid in full and it was past cancellation. (keep in mind I'm calling on $.20/min charges) Expedia couldn't contact them either as all the phone numbers they had didn't work or weren't being answered. I had to give the one for Blanca that I received for check in. Expedia contacted Blanca and Alto de Santa Cruz was supposed to email me photos of the alternate address that night or early tomorrow. Never did. We arrived in Seville and sat for almost 3 hrs 9:15am to 11:00 in the train station calling and emailing to no avail. Called Expedia again and they tried too. No answer. Expedia tried to rebook me in another place but everything was full. No where to stay. I had to take a cab to a Real Alcazar/Cathedral tour that I had pre-booked, stowing luggage at the train station $$ as I had no where to stay for the next 2 nights. Expedia emailed me during the tour saying they finally got in touch with Alto Santa Cruz and had fixed it so that I had a 2 bd/2 bth instead of the penthouse...would I accept? I had no choice. After the tour we took another taxi back to the train station, collected our luggage, an took a taxi to Calle Fabiola 3, as Expedia told us we were staying at Alto de Santa Cruz. Phoned Blanca and she said she was at the apartment waiting for us. Told her we arrived. She said she was there but ddn't see us. Guess what? She said we were supposeed to be staying at 14 San Esteban. Not Alto de Santa Cruz. My BF went up to the penthouse while we were there and the maid was cleaning. No one was in there yet. Looked fine to him. Maid helped us with instructions on getting to the 14 San Esteban place. Green-Apartments Pleno Centro, is what it's called which I found out from Google, not them. We had to drag our large luggage and carry on bags through the narrow cobblestone streets of Seville, in danger from being run over by cars. Couldn't flag down a cab on the small streets. Blanca told us she left the place already, and left the key in the mailbox for apartment 1B. Duplex. I was furious. They also left no instructions on what was where in the apartment or what we were supposed to do to "check out" in 2 days. Was the apartment nice? It was fine. 2 bedrooms upstairs (one double size bed, and second with two skinny twin beds). A/C units upstairs and one in living room downstairs. 1 TV (only Spainsh speaking stations). Kitchen. 2 baths. There was soap/towels/linens provided. It was clean. It was not worth what I paid for the penthouse according to the prices I saw online. But I was never offered the difference. I phoned, emailed again asking for check out instructions and got none... left keys in mailbox as we found them. I incurred over $100 USD in phone calls, taxis, and luggage storage because of this switch. It ruined Seville for us. Be careful dealing with "Green Apartments Alto Santa Cruz Suites"... days later Sandra sent a half-hearted apology saying she did her best. They don't seem to reply to any contact before 11am and after 5pm.

  Fin de semana sevillano

  Reservamos un apartamento de una habitación para un fin de semana. A destacar la ubicación en pleno barrio de Santa Cruz y los servicios del apartamento recientemente reformado y equipado perfectamente. Como punto negativo destacar el precio de 120 la noche, me ha parecido un poco exagerado .

  Nice stay

  We booked the duplex apartment for 2 nights, which fits up to 5 persons. There are 2 double beds on the main floor, and a second level which has 1 bed and also serves as the lounge area (with TV and sofa); this level also has a partial view of the Giralda Tower and a small outside terrace. The downside of the main floor is a lack of privacy. 1 double bed and the bathroom is in a partitioned bedroom area. The other bed is in the open area with the kitchen and dining table. Because there is only 1 bathroom everyone has to go through the bedroom to use the bathroom, this affects the privacy of those in the bedroom. If you have a party of 4-5, the main floor can feel a touch tight. The apartment is modern and beds were comfortable. Location is very good, being a few minutes walk from the Cathedral and the Alcazar and close to the shopping and restaurants.

  Muy céntrico

  Excelente hubicacion si quieres estar en el centro de Sevilla, cerca de la catedral, la giralda y un montón de bares y restaurantes donde degustar las tapas más típicas de la tierra. Muy recomendable ya que la limpieza es pulcra y muy acogedor. Hemos pasado unos días como en casa. Gracias.
