  pleasant stay, nice staff

  we were satisfied with all services. Helpful and friendly staff, calm place, beautiful view from our window (was demanded). Delicious dinner (we had halfboard) and no problems with breakfast (we woke up early /7:30a-m-/ and ok).We tried wellness too and feels good... It looks like they change something because we didn´t find anything from previous reviews. Thanks God and thanks staff from Alpsky hotel! :-)

  Cozy hotel, friendly staff, good value for money

  We have stayed in Alpsky hotel for 4 days and enjoyed beautiful autumn in the best ski resort in czech mountains. Hotel is stylish - really remind me atmosphere in Austrian (Tyroler) hotels. Food was OK - we had HB - we appreciated 3 variants of dinner menu. Room was clean with nice view into nature. Good value for money.

  Good hotel, helpful staff

  Staff is really customer oriented: helpful, polite and pleasant. Room was a bit to small for three persons but clean and had a nice view to the mountans. We had HB. Breakfest was quit good, not wide choice but tasty. Dinner - too much food: soup, main course and desert! We liked possibility to chose main course from three options. Quit good location: 1.2 km from Swaty Petr skiarial and about 2km from the city centre. We managed to go every day by foot. Additional hotel facilities were also quit good: sauna and whirpool were clean and worked well, we were playing billiards. There is children room. SKI room is also here. Not well equipted but you can leave and dry your ski and boots.

  If youre not staying you get a poor service

  We stayed at the same chain hotels but not at this one, however we visited this place couple of times for some drinks. Why couple of times? We thought that the first time horrible service was just a bad day of the waiter! What a mistake! You get treated very differently than anyone who stays at the hotel! You feel like you have to beg to just get served! Definitely not recommending!

  Very bad experience

  I absolutely do not recommend this hotel. It is not 3plus star, as we have comparison with other hotels in Spindleruv Mlyn. The rooms look nice on the website, but in reality, terrible. Very expensive per night and tv in the room did not work, even window in our room was broken, so in winter, snowing days, we could not close properly.The worst we experienced there was a rude receptionist - lady. They we not able to offer dinner to us, so what is the reason to stay in hotel if you have to go outside for dinner. The hotel is not in the centre, so it is more challenging to go out in the snowy evening. Breakfast was quite poor, when we came to eat at 9am, everything was already eaten and not added till 10am, what is the closing time for breakfast. 2 waiters we met were professional, that was the only plus. Dishes we tried were nice, but if your 1st impression with front house is sooo terrible , nothing improves your mood afterwards.
