  Just amazing!!!

  We Dutch people are known as the happy complaining people. But what if there is nothing to complain about!? Last week we stayed yet another week in Hotel Alpin Spa Tuxerhof and it was just perfect, in short. Hotel is beautiful, people are friendly, facilities like spa, whirlpool, pool in and outside are everything you need. Food an wine are nothing but the best, see you again next year if not sooner.   Amazing hotel. The perfect place for first class winter family holidays.

  We (family of 4 including 2 kids) chose this hotel after reading all those amazing reviews. As it turned out, they are all well deserved. The hotel seems to be perfect, from the beginning to the end. Very friendly, attentive and competent staff. The amenities are first class. Our room (Residenzsuite) is rather an apartment, with a big sleeping room for the parents, a smaller one for the kids, a big living room, a big bathroom, a toilet and even a balcony. The hotel is cosy and nicely furnished. The spa area is sensational. Huge sauna area with several different saunas. Swimming pool with adjacent whirlpool. Another outdoor infinity pool at a roof terrace. Another outdoor whirlpool. Good gym. Several areas for yoga, relaxing etc. Excellent for families: Very nice kids area with table tennis, table football, video games for the bigger kids, bouncy castle etc. for the smaller kids, very nice supervision and many activities (from drawing to cooking and so on). It was hard to get the kids out of there. The food is simply excellent. The breakfast is very generous, absolutely nothing is missing. The so called "Jause" (after-ski snack) is not a snack but a complete meal with many options. The dinner consists of several courses, which includes a huge salad buffet, two soup options, and the choice between 3 or 4 main courses, and 2 or 3 deserts. The wine card is great. We had the sensational Sassicaia 2015 for a better price than in an online shop. Last but not least, the Rastkogelbahn (lift to the mountain) is 5 walking minutes away. I couldn't name a single flaw. Probably the best ski hotel I have been in 30 years. Staying here has its price, but it's worth every penny. We will be back for sure.

  2nd time, still the best

  This was our second time here and nothing changed, it is still the best vacation destination of all over the world. Service is excellent, rooms, facilities are clean and really high quality. The food has large selection and does not repeat in a week. Themed nights are really well planned and executed. The bar is excellent. The surroundings are spectacular and the program possibilities are nearly infinite. We will be back for sure.

  Forget the rest. Just enjoy!

  Second time at Tuxerhof and already can't wait to be back! Astonishing nature, offering possibilities for all levels of fitness and for all ages (were here with teens). High quality facilities, topped by excellent service, friendliness of owners and staff. Hard to say what we liked most: the infinity pool and its surreal view on the mountains, the HimmelReich and the moments of silence, the spa, the culinary variety... A perfect balance of all the good things we needed to recharge, to keep us going. Grateful to the entire team for making these two weeks a carefree and unforgettable time.
