  good food, friendly service, lovely rooms.

  We have just spent a lovely week in the Alp Hotel Milano in Andalo. We are a family of 6 and we all had a good time. The rooms were adequate and well-equipped with comfortable beds and good showers. The food was very good and if any of us didn't like a dish we had ordered, it was exchanged for another with no fuss. The staff were very friendly and courteous at all times. We had a 6am departure and the hotel provided us with a packed breakfast for our journey, a simple thing to do but very much appreciated. Overall, this hotel offers value for money and we would have no hesitation in recommending it. The location is good, being in the centre of Andalo and close to all facilities.

  No better deal or better service in Andalo

  We have been coming to Andalo for years and I hesitate to write this review because I don't want to give it away. There is no better deal in Andalo, especially if you book early. This is a family run hotel with a staff that also acts like part of the family. Ilaria and her staff were just wonderful to us. We stayed with a group of 6 in newly remodeled rooms and the spa is almost brand new. The food is very good quality compared to other 3* accommodations in the area. Reference the comment below about problems on the price confirmation--honestly, 414 EUR per room, during Christmas is a price you would find no where. Even at that price per person, it is a deal. People make mistakes and I can understand the owner's position.

  Good for ski holidays

  Located in a centre of the village. Skibus stop in front of the hotel. The rooms are not big but new equipment, good hotel standard, very clean. The service very helpful. Menu and events in the hotel available also in Polish language. Broad choice of food for breakfast. The only concern I have is the dinner menu - less typical Italian, but more Trentino cuisine. Some days it was difficult to find something good for a child. But they really care for the guests organizing welcome drink evening in the restaurant or a dinner with a candle. They have a very big choice of Italian wines and the waiter really knows what to recommend. The have a heated ski room at no aditional cost, a playground for children and saunas. Very good WIFI. We were satisfied with the stay in this hotel.

  Perfect winter holiday

  Excellent value for money. Top location, 3 minutes walk from ski lift. Kindness of staff is extraordinary, the waitresses Michela and Giovanna as well as the receptionist Christina and all other members of team were amazing - helpful and always smiling. Always love to try new wines, the wine list is good, food is perfect and you can always choose between at least three dishes for each part of dinner. Cena tipica trentina was my favourite. Ilaria, who manages the hotel formed a great team and you could feel the positive energy all around you. Looking forward to coming back next year.
