  dirty, not humble staff

  I request for early check in my booking, and staff still tell me to check in at 2pm, and staff is not humble to guest, the room is dirty, toilet is dirty, and all plates,spoons and glasses in restaurant is very dirty, full dust. one positive in this hotel is location is very good need improve in all aspects

  Bring your valid booking

  Alpha inn is located at center of medan. Easy to find transportation and near from plaza medan fair. But i have had bad experience here. If you check in from 4pm, you must have a valid booking. Even just an email, they wouldn't accept. Just pdf file or booking confirmation from the app. Show them, you got nice check in. They don't accept number booking. From 4pm because their system is not online. I checked in on 6pm. I showed my booking number from email of my friend. But they still didn't accept it. They can not check online. The manager went home. So the reception deny it. If you are come from far away, i wish you prepare it from your country. Remember always bring your valid booking confirmation.

  Very clean and convenient

  For a year or so I almost lived at this hotel the staff were great and obliging. Rooms were smallish but very clean. Breakfast was then the only downside but it was fresh just boring. I would certainly stay again if I needed a hotel. Pretty well walking distance to most attractions Medan has to offer.

  Small room

  Location is good near medan fair plaza so u can shopping n find food there. Room is small and bathroom small. Breakfast is average like fried rice. The price is not too expensive just same with other 3 star hotel.

  Descent for the price

  Don't expect the Ritz, this is a descent budget hotel, nothing fancy but the rooms are clean and reasonable sized. Again, nothing fancy, no amenities but if you travel budget you have your toothbrush with you. Laundry service available. Breakfast available, again don't expect too much for this amount of money. Hot showers, wife (a little unstable) and the front rooms suffer a little from the street sounds but it's not intrusive. Staff was great, cool ladies with a good sense of humor. Location wise it's alright although the surrounding of the hotel is not inspiring (saying this as a euphemism). But the more interesting areas are nearby so it's a good spot. I've spend 3 nights here and it was a descent deal for the money. For budget travelers recommended.
