  Magnífico

  Hemos estado a primeros de febrero un grupo de 4 amigos para esquiar y la estancia en el Alpen Royal ha sido muy muy buena , el personal del hotel muy atento , los camareros y en general todo muy profesional . Hemos estado en media pensión y las cenas un verdadero disfruteo. Está situado al principio del pueblo , pero te trasladan y recogen en la furgoneta de forma muy cómoda y ágil de tal forma que no importa mucho la distancia al centro , paseando 10 minutos ... Las instalaciones y la piscina exterior climatizada , la mejor que hemos conocido , Todo el viaje nos lo ha organizado Xavi Fernandez con su agencia , fallos cero como siempre. Totalmente recomendable , por la diferencia de precio que no es considerable en el conjunto de los gastos del viaje . Repetiremos. Muchas gracias

  One of the best hotels Ive been at. Very family friendly. Nice rooms with en-suite bathrooms. Kids have a separate room with bathroom. Dogs are welcome. Nice pool area. Cold natural pool accessible from the rooms.

  Nice but not impeccable

  When you are in such type of hotel your expectations are high, specially in the details. We had room 405/406, spacious, with nice view and just along the heated swimming pool. Breakfast is good, biliard room nice, too close to the indoor smoking room. All together a great holiday and one of the best hotel spas I have ever seen. The negatives (only because is a Leading Hotel): no porter at arrival, no coffee machine in the room, missing soap on the bided, near the outdoor whirlpool a towel has been hanging for two days and a plastic cup is in the grass. They left (with name) the confirmation of a massage of another guest in our bedroom. But the most embarrassing thing was that right at the entrance somebody spilled some tomato (the actual cherry tomato was visible) and it remained there for 2 evenings, till we finally informed the staff. Maybe a supervising manager is needed. Of course they are all minor things and had very little impact on our all together great stay.

  Perfection on hearth

  I have spent one more time my summer vacations at the Alpenroyal. Reading my reviews it is easy to discover that I am a super frequent visitor of this beautiful place, but this time and one more time the staff and the hotel surprised me. We all know that this is a difficult summer, people cannot stay side by side, we must wear face masks and we must wash frequently and compulsively our hands. Well, at the Alpenroyal everything has been easier, thanks to the abundant space available, the beautiful grounds, the management of the guests by the staff. Even if health protocols were well in place, I can say that guests could live the restrictions in a good way, helped by the staff and by the layout of the hotel. So, even under Covid restrictions, this hotel is perfect. Plus, on August 15th, to celebrate Italian mid summer holiday, the staff organized something really outstanding: the dinner has been transformed into an elegant party, with cocktails served on the garden, dinner at the restaurant with an incredible variety of appetizers, and dessert buffet at the bar. All with Michelin star quality. My husband and I have joined many parties around the world, even at high levels with vip or celebs or authorities but never eat so deliciously at a party, and never experienced such perfect organization. The flow of food, the circulation of guests, the management by the staff: great, superb. Sometimes I think that there should be around the world a place better than the Alpenroyal. But after a single day spent there, I still confirm that no, there is nothing better. On the Dolomites or elsewhere. So, if your destination are the Dolomites, don't waist time and choose the Alpenroyal. Thanks to the General Manager Mr Hannes Prinoth and to all the guys of the staff.   The best hotel in Dolomites!

  The Alpenroyal is unquestionably the best hotel in the Dolomites, possibly in the entire alpine region. The facilities are impeccable and beautiful, the SPA is jaw dropping, very elegantly appointed and spacious. The service is simply perfect in every detail, the staff is attentive and very kind and able to satisfy even the most demanding clients. The food and beverage offering is very varied and of exceptional quality. Selva is beautiful in the summer and winter season, the area offers many activities and is suitable for everyone wether you are looking to relax and be pampered or to challenge yourself physically hiking, mountain biking or skiing. Alpenroyal is true five stars resort where customers are treated like royalty by a professional team headed by a family with decades of experience in setting the standard for the highest level of service and hospitality. Go see for yourself!
