  Perfect ski holiday resort

  One of the most self sufficient, well located and welcoming ski resorts I have stayed at. The staff are very warm and welcoming, very attentive to requests and requirements. The location is perfect in less than 1 minute walking distance from ski school, ski hire company and slopes/ lifts. The food and hospitality is all a guest would expect. The spa facilities are heavenly. Very highly rated on being family friendly resort. Highly recommend this ski resort, would definitely return.

  Good location and staff

  The hotel has a nice location between 2 Seilbahn/Cable cars, where it is very nice to go hiking. There you also get a city card, which can give you discounts in the area attractions. The staff was always very helpful in the reception or in the restaurant. The room was quite large, clean and basic with a nice mountain view. The only thing is that you have to share the balcony with your floor neighbors and would be nice to have a bottle of water in the room or a minibar. The wifi, pool and gym area were better than I have expected. The breakfast was simple and good.

  Fantastic stay!

  Comfortable room overlooking the mountain, very clean and beds very comfortable, spacious shower and seperate toilet all spotless. Spoilt for choice at breakfast impeccable buffet or freshly cooked eggs to order. Waiting staff all extremely friendly and welcoming nothing was ever too much trouble! Delicious cuisine, choice of varied starters and salad buffet, extremely well presented and flavoursome dishes, often with their own locally sourced meat, amazing deserts and large selection of their own cheeses, it was a delight to come down to dinner every evening. Gala dinner on one evening and a buffet Tyrolean style on another added to the culinary delights that week. Spacious lounge and bar areas with open log fire, all immaculately presented. Great apres-ski atmosphere in adjoining Huber Stadl gave a more lively option for evening entertainment. Wellness area and pool to a high standard and very clean. Have been to many Ski locations over the years in Europe and this counts as one of our best holidays, helped by fantastic location, easy access to gondolas up onto Galtur range or jump onto to ski bus up to Ischgl We will be returning next year!

  Really nice hotel!

  Very nice and beautiful hotel; The best? Sauna, restaurants&Apres ski (great food!!!), location (in front of a ski resort and very close to Ischgl!, 10min by car). A bit expensive maybe, and full of families with kids. The pool could have been warmer, but in general it was a very nice stay!

  Good hotel but dont ask for water with your meal

  This is a great hotel situated next door to the ski lifts. Ambience is a typical Austrian affair with a formal bar and apres bar. Hotel rooms are spacious, quiet and have comfy Austrian twin beds. The half board food was fantastic with a 5-6 evening meal being the norm. I would of scored this hotel 5 stars but deducted 2 stars for the Chefs refusal to allow tap water to be served at evening meals - unless you purchased a bottle of wine (30+). This really wound up our group over our weeks stay as we needed to hydrate from both the skiing and the high room temperature of the dining room (and the other alcohol we had drunk in the hotel bar!).
