  Me esperaba otra cosa

  El hotel cuenta con dos zonas, una reformaba y otra no. La diferencia de unas habitaciones y otras es brutal. El spa esta bastante bien, gran piscina interior. El desayuno no tiene fruta ni zumos naturales. Aún así , no esta mal, gran variedad de quesos, tipos de pan y embutidos . Personal encantador .

  More love needed at the love hotel.

  Stayed here recently and thought the facilities were great. Wonderful gym, modern spa and nice rooms. There is a something hugely problematic with the place though. There are two different price packages (as with most hotels) when you book. Half board or Bed and Breakfast. Pretty standard stuff. Where its all rather odd and pretty disgusting, is that if you have bed and breakfast only, you have to sit in a separate room away from other guests and have a sub-standard breakfast. Its not simply a case of not eating in the restaurant in the evening, its like theres a weird class divide. Constantly kept separate and reminded that youre not as important. You are not waited on as effectively; are given poorer food products and generally thought less of by most staff. We experienced a very angry and rude waiter during our stay. To the point that my fiancé had to defend herself from his rude comments when he was often unhelpful. It was so unexpected and certainly what anyone needs or wants first thing in the morning over a leisurely breakfast. I have been travelling and working in Seefeld for some 12 years. Ive never experienced anything like this. My German is good and we love the village. We couldnt believe the lack of care for the people experiencing the B&B package here. I have been involved in the local community in Seefeld for many years, but Ill never stay at this hotel again. Which is such a shame, because it really is a good quality hotel in terms of amenities and decor. The location is nice and central, and perfect really, as long as you can cope with the church bells. Lastly, its worth mentioning that two of the 4 desk staff were friendly and exceptionally professional throughout (Mary-Jane and Renee). The remaining two and the bulk of the waiting team, were absolutely appalling (the girl who conducted Aufgus one afternoon, walked into the sauna fully clothed, waved the towel around the space once and walked out. Taking a full 1 minute maximum. This is NOT aufgus! Haha). We did not feel looked after during our stay. At all. The attention to detail and ironically the Love is just not there.

  Outstanding mountain retreat and spa hotel

  Just returned from a 3 day stay at this delightful property while travelling through the alps. A really luxurious mountain retreat. the rooms that we were allocated 323 and 330 were beautiful , plush carpets, spacious and very comfortably furnished, pine wooden ceilings and beautiful balcony , one which overlooked the village square. The beds were super comfy. The hotel looks nothing special from the outside but once you enter the doors it is really spectacular. we stayed on a half board basis and the food totally surpassed our expectations. we woke up to a rich buffet breakfast in the morning with everything that you could possibly want and dinner in the evening was a five course waiter served affair with salad bar and cheese board. The real highlight of this hotel was the very large spa complex and sauna area, one of the finest that we have experienced in the alps. the pool was huge, lots of relaxation areas and very large sauna landscape with different saunas and steam rooms.we particularly liked the Mediterranean bath.. There is also a decent gym aswell.we booked through expedia and gained a remarkable deal through expedia. we look forward to many future stays at this beautiful hotel in the scenic village of Seefeld. Oh and wifi was fast and free! Oh don't pack your alarm clock!!! The hotel is situated next to the village church and the bells ring at 7:00am in the morning, quite liked it actually!

  Worst service ever

  If you want to be treated as a machine by people working as dominant machines, then please book this hotel. They only care about themselves and not about their guests. I had such a bad experience, not 1 but 7 or 8 things were not working well. After commenting and asking a refund I got the worst service answers ever. People, neglect this hotel, it s not worth a visit!

  the worst and most impolite staff

  Staff is making fun of guests, generally disrespectful and unsupportive. When asked to resolve issues, they responded in the worst ways possible, getting defensive and blaming us as guests of wrong-doing. Do not go there.
