  Stayed here twice, quiet, clean and conveniently located.

  Due to our Maldives honeymoon being forfeited (Covid), we decided to stay a few places up the beautiful North Coast. Wed stayed here once before for a wedding so knew what a great spot its in. Nicky the manager is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are modern and clean. This time around we stayed in the upstairs Studio so no balcony, but big with air con and recently renovated. A walk in to town (which is SO necessary during peak season) and small pool. The complex even when full is still relatively quiet which is nice. Byron in general is super expensive in Summer so not cheap. But we believe super worth it!

  WORST PLACE !! terrible experience we have ever been at ALOHA BYRON BAY, POOR Customer service, noisy & filthy room!

  We paid $1200.00 for 3 nights and they gave us a tiny room next to a staircase where you could hear everything including people having a party above our room and swearing all night until 5.30 AM the next morning . The room was very dirty with dirt marks on the lounge and dust on the window shills in the bathroom. They gave us one set of towels and one set of small bottles of toiletries for the whole 4 days 3 nights whilst we were there. Also, we found stains on the clean white towels they left on our bed upon checking in. Our ground floor unit was not thoroughly cleaned at all!! We complained after the first night but we got NO reply to either emails or phone calls. The office was unattended at all times and they never answered or returned any phone calls !! I would not recommend anyone to stay there at all . Basically they just want to take your money and DO NOT care about you . It is not even worth one star but I have no option to give a one star review. STAY AWAY from this place!!!

  Great family holiday

  We arrived in Byron and at Aloha on the 16th January. We were blown away by the quality of the Beach House, it was just STUNNING! Everything you could possibly need for your holiday in Byron was supplied (a great assortment of breakfast items eg: fresh eggs, milk, margarine, cereal, bread, yogurt) right through to pool noodles and a beach umberella! Our host Nicky couldn't do enough for us, but wasn't in your face either. The location on Shirley street is on a busy road however you honestly don't notice the traffic noise. It's a leisurely 5-7minute walk into town which makes going out for dinner and a few drinks at night so easy! Would go back there in a heart beat, getting ready to book Byron 2.0 for 2022.   Great Location, great house, friendly staff

  The Kahale Beach House was in a convenient location in Byron Bay with a minimal walk to the town/beach. The house itself was also fantastic with friendly staff to make a great holiday experience. Would recommend!

  Amazing Stay

  Massive thanks to Nicky & the girls for the most amazing stay last week! I had contacted the property months ago to make a reservation for a group, Nicky was so accomodating to our needs & so friendly despite me being so overbearing (coming up to wedding ) Myself & now hubby were like small children arriving to the property, not a single detail was missed. We could not believe how beautiful the Kahale House, apartment & studio were! We were running from room to room in absolute delight, a massive highlight being the walk in showers & closets - what luxury!! Opening the fridge to find it already stocked with basics was so welcome as we had forgotten so many items, we couldnt wait for the first of our guests to join us!! The house was so spacious and the BEDS! Omg so so comfortable, it was so hard to get out of them. Everything was set up for us, from the telly to food to dishwashing tablets & washing powder to towels to toiletries we were absolutely spoilt I honestly did not want our time here to end! The property is a short walk to Byron town centre so was perfect for stumbling home! The private pool in the Kahale house was perfect for chilling out with friends & the girls in the office couldnt have been any friendlier, they really took the time to chat to us and get to know us, we have travelled extensively around the world (39 countries) & this was the most easy-going, relaxing holiday Ive ever had. It was like a home away from home, we felt so comfortable and we are so grateful for the girls disposition in making us feel so welcome, ye did absolutely everything ye could to accomodate us and we have the best memories to last us a lifetime! We will 100% be back!! Thank you so much! Forever in your debt for ensuring such a perfect weekend for us! Áine & Conor
