  Muy moderno y lindo!!

  Es un hotel relativamente nuevo, muy bien equipado, muy moderno y con habitaciones de buen tamaño. No está a "walking distance" de nada, salvo un "QT". El staff es amable pero algo amateur e informal. El bar es muy bueno!!

  Very Disappointed

  Very disappointed. We knew the room was small and were ok with that, but were turned off by how dirty the halls were and that our room had hair in the shower and stubble stuck to the wall by the bathroom sink, from someone shaving. The worst was a pubic hair in with tea basket! Gross. We traveled during Covid, the staff ware masked and helpful, but folks drinking in the elevators, checking in and lounge were unmasked, crowded together and loud. However, people in the bar itself were safely distanced and masked between ordering. The bed was comfortable with good linens. The view from the 4th floor looking out across the pool and prairie was nice. Overall though, the room felt chintzy for the high price and did not compare to an Element hotel (as someone had written).

  Best lodging experience ever!

  I was immediately greeted upon entering by Jay R. I was met with nothing but kindness, and hospitality. He truly made me feel like I was staying with family! The room was very clean, and comfortable. Will not stay at another hotel when I'm in Wichita. Andrew P.

  The spot gave us a Family Hub

  Our extended family gathered in Wichita for a funeral--we chose the Aloft because they allowed pets (thank you!). The lobby became our family gathering place--the space was perfect to gather. NATE wasn't just the clerk who checked us in, he became our point of service for food recommendations, help with extra utensils, and he and his team even insisted on finishing the lobby cleanup as our tired, emotionally exhausted family dispersed each night. Thank you so much for your true hospitality!

  Decent but nothing spectacular

  I had always been intrigued by the Aloft hotel concept, so I was excited to stay at this one. The features are fun and cool, but not up to par with other Marriott brands. 12 hours after requesting foam pillows, I can say they wont arrive before I check out. There was no coffee in the room. Lobby coffee tastes 4 days old. The mat for the bathroom looks like a cleaning rag. On the positive there are more outlets than you could ever need. The bed was comfortable and the headboard made it easy to watch tv. But overall, I dont know that this would be my first choice if I came back to Wichita.
