  Worst experience

  Worst experience ever after being a loyal customer and renting numerous times I get a bill for $250 out of nowhere and they tell me they found an ash on the desk and smelled marijuana. I never smoked marijuana in my life they have multiple people with dogs all thru the hotel but obviously did not clean my room good enough if they found an ash from either someone before me or Im a diff room and put it on me somehow but the manager tells me hes sorry but there not refunding my money. This is my rent money during a time of covid and they can be so cold hearted as to give people Bogus charges. The tv remote never worked I had to watch the same Chanel all night. I paid for harbor view they stuck me on the opposite side. The clerk was ben came to my room and tried to fix the tv she attested to the fact she smelled no marijuana still I get charged

  Attention to little details lacking

  Like most people, we haven't done much traveling this year.. So, we were really looking forward to a quick overnight in Syracuse to visit some friends. I was using my Marriott credit card annual certificate for a complimentary one-night stay. We could have picked several other Marriott properties, but they all charged a $50-$75 fee for traveling with our dogs. So, we chose the Aloft as they are dog friendly and do not charge a separate fee. (bravo!) Nice room 2 queen beds. Small windows that actually open for fresh air. Bathroom/closet area strangely configured. All this empty space under the sink/countertop with a small refrigerator there. Great--except that the last guest's leftovers from Applebee's were still in there. Hmm, so that obviously wasn't cleaned. Wonder what else wasn't? Closet opposite sink/countertop. You had better not be short, as it is elevated off the floor and you won't be able to reach the hangars. Small Mr. Coffee machine in alcove next to closet. Based on the refrigerator, no thanks. Cool modernistic sink, but easy to splash water everywhere. Pocket door to toilet and standup glass enclosed shower. One hook for towel/clothes, etc. Have to reach in to turn on water to warm it up, which means opening the door, which means water splashes on the floor. Oh, and the warm water? Never showed up the Sat. night we were there. I let if run (and splash while checking temp), run/splash, repeat. Finally gave up and took a very quick cold shower.

  Quick one nighter

  My husband and I recently stayed here for one night with some of our friends. The check-in process was smooth and the agent was polite. We were able to get rooms right across the hall from one another which was convient. The property was very clean and seemed fairly new. It is located in a good location, less than five mins from the mall which is huge and if it were not for covid would have many dining options. The outlets on property were closed. The only negative was that the parking is across the street but it wasnt too bad.

  Amazing Hotel

  Amazing hotel. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Hotel rooms are super modern and the amenities are phenomenal. Pool, fitness center. Dog friendly, no pet deposit, no non-refundable charges, free dog biscuits, water bowls in the lobby. One word AMAZING!

  Got a hotel room to do some photography work in the area

  I love this hotel. The location is in the heart of everything. There is a shuttle service and the staff is so nice and accommodating. The room is so cool! Like staying in Europe and the bed is super comfy. Highly recommend.
