Excelente estadia y atencion!
Una excelente estadia y atencion en general. Hotel moderno como es la cadena. Lo tome con puntos SPG. A pocos metros se encuentra la parada del bus que lleva al aeropuerto. Cabe destacar la honestidad del personal, ya que olvide algo importante y ellos lo guardaron y entregaron a un amigo. No falto nada de nada, se contactaron inmeditamente.

Poor location but great staff
The hotel does not have a drop off porch, so good luck if you arrive in heavy rain. Ditto if you wish to go out to the nearest train station, which is a 5-10 min walk to Cheongdam. Your shoes would get a good soaking. You'd probably want to avoid this hotel during rainy season. The rooms are sparking clean and no complaints about the bliss shower gel and shampoo. We got a room that faced the main road so sometimes it gets quite noisy, and on the last day we happened to see the view of the opposite room and the magnificent views of the river and beyond. The staff are extremely helpful and provided great recommendations on what to eat nearby.

Lovely location
Aloft is very nice business style hotel. They keep up their style no matter where in world you stay with them. Swift check in, discount if you join Marriott Bonvoy program. Cool. Room was very clean and bed was comfy. Interesting how they provide emergency kit to climb down the window in case of fire in hallway. Very thoughtful. Location Is good, lots to eat nearby. Highly recommended

Decent Stay
This is our second time staying at this property and was overall satisfied. The location is not the best we have stayed at in Seoul and honestly not a ton around the hotel in terms of things to do/places to eat. There is a starbucks which was a nice touch and a handful of cafes. The room was mostly nice as we were upgraded to the river view due to being a gold bonvoy member. I ironically slept great at this hotel as the bed was not super soft but definitely soft enough for a pleasant nights sleep. Our only knock was the bathroom was small. For reference, we have stayed in a ton of Marriott hotels in Seoul and this was probably the smallest. As a note, we did get great customer service at this property.

One fine riverside property in Gangnam, Seoul
It is my first time to experience Aloft. Aloft in general does not have Suite nor club lounge. So it is true that many of Platinum (or above) elite members do not prefer this brand. But this Aloft Gangnam has 4 wonderful Suites (2 urban and 2 river outview) with lovely private terrace. Even though elite members can not get upgardes to Suite as a benefit, the property provides special benefit which can be consulted with the Front desk. Even without Suite upgrade, members can enjoy many things. Platinum (or above) elite members can also get free breakfast (for member +1 guest). Location is good and the room rates are very reasonable. Staffs are considerable and attentive (especially thanks to MoD, Mr. Jayden Kim for his top notch service.) If proprty should be chosen in Gangnam area, this Aloft Gangnam is highly recommendable.
