  OH MY! The people here is so nice and know there jobs very well! They told us great places to eat at and every time I asked for anything they where happy to service ! I love it this is my go to spot!!!

  Worst place I have ever stayed

  We were there for a wedding and the whole party spent over $10,000 there and got lousy service. The rate we were given was higher than the best deal on travel sites. Some of us were given free breakfasts to compensate for the higher rate. The first room we were given had not been cleaned. This is in the middle of the COVID mess. The beds had been stripped - that's all. The second room 1315 had a ventilation shaft that was so noisy it was impossible to sleep. We didn't move again because it was late and I had my 84 yo mother with me. The room is very spartan and minimalist. It only contains a plastic, cafeteria style chair and beds. There is no place to relax except lying on the bed. It would be a horrible place to stay for a business traveler. There are few amenities. Shampoo plus conditioner and body wash in attached to the wall containers. The shower head is 7 feet in the air so shorter people can not adjust flow or direction. You can not turn on the water without getting soaked. Very cold start of the day. All in all it looks like a converted warehouse with minimal upgrades. Breakfast was a mess. Someone else said call for the free room service. No, I had to go down and order it as take out. What we could order was confusing as the front desk had no idea what was going on. On the plus side, the place was clean but I never saw anyone cleaning during the day.

  Great Clean Stay

  We arrived after our 10 hour drive, and check in from the Marriott Bonvoy App. Our Ultra Savvy Suite was Massive. Everything was clean. The Shower was bigger than the beds. Power outlets were well placed. Wifi was fast. Only strange thing was that Keurig and Safe were in the bathroom. Overall, a great hotel in downtown Fort Worth.

  Very nice getaway hotel

  We stayed sat-sun to get away for wife's birthday. greeted by a very nice young man Allen. My only complaint was the construction noice when on the 1st floor upon check-in. (which isn't the hotel's 's fault. The ultra savvy suite i was wonderful with an excellent 13th floor viewl!! One huge room!! a huge comfortable bed & wall mounted tv on one side separated by a thick large wall with a wall mounted t, chait coffee table & couch living room. Nice modern bathroom with a very large walk-in shower. On the lower lever there are in a nice weight room with treadmills, elipitical, sit-down stationary bike, bench area with free weights. through a large clear window you can look out onto a very clen pool area. The night lfe seems to pick up in the hotel. We did not partake but see the it was full of people enjoying the bar and the open area with a large tv/pool area. Over all an excellent 4 star hotel.

  Rude bartender and cold pool

  The bartender is rude and on a power trip. My family and I stopped by for one drink and the bartender was very rude and on a power trip. The heated pool was bearable for the kids. The room was small, but functional except for the extreme shower temps.
