  bueno para negocios

  Muy buen hotel para viaje de negocios. Limpio y ordenado con buena atención del personal.Lo único malo es la poca variedad en el desayuno. Me parece excelente que ofrecen servicio de transporte a los centros comerciales y lugares cercanos.

  Chaotic Visit & Terrible Service

  I should have known when I called to make an adjustment to our room that there could be problems because 'Tiana' was extremely unhelpful when I asked if we could switch to a room with two full beds instead of a king. She said she could only suggest I buy another room, even though I already had two under the reservation. When we arrived for a wedding, we saw that FOUR wedding parties were using the hotel so it was like first day of orientation at a sorority house. The check in line was out the door, and I'm sure like us, everyone was rushing to get into their rooms to get ready for a ceremony. It was 3:30 in the afternoon and when going through the hallways, frantic cleaning women were still changing beds while guests waited in the hallway of their 'new' room. To know how quickly your room was made over is pretty gross, and when we got into our rooms, it clearly didn't feel fresh or clean. Our room a pungent smell and spatter stains on all the walls, didn't want to ask but you can't feel comfortable sitting or leaning anywhere. Bathroom light was OUT, so showered in the dark and had to keep a door open at all times. The final cherry on top was a fire alarm at 3 am, fun trip down to the parking lot. No staff around to tell people it was a false alarm so we eventually just wandered back after an hour. This place clearly is understaffed and full of people who are either too busy to help or don't care to do a stand up job. Really disappointing for a place that looks hip, fresh and young.

  Great Experience

  I stayed at this place for more than 5 times. The staff is very helpful at the front desk and also at the bar. What I liked was the daily live show at the bar. The only missing thing is the full-fledged restaurant menu but the basic menu at the bar served the purpose when needed.

  Perfect stay...and would do it again

  All in all, the hotel team members at this location were great. Friendly, upbeat, and welcoming. If you staid at an aloft before, it has the same general appointments to the lobby and rooms. Everything is functional and well laid out. The location of the hotel is in a prime area too with lots of dining options and shopping, if needed.

  Average hotel stay

  I had high hopes for this hotel. It is very trendy and modern, which we like. We didn't even mind how chaotic the bar, breakfast area, and check in counter were. For the price of this hotel, they should have EXCELLENT BEDS AND LINENS and they DO NOT. Everything else about this hotel was nice, even though it was a little different. If you want a quiet hotel, THIS IS NOT IT. We didn't mind the noise; we were in town for a wedding and weren't in the room except to sleep. This hotel would have gotten a 5 star review from us IF the beds were comfortable, linens were decent, and pillows were high quality. The staff was fantastic, coffee hot and plentiful, and a bar in the lobby was a plus. FIX THE BED SITUATION! This could be the nicest hotel if only for that!
