  Great atmosphere, comfy and fun room, great value!

  Quirky, trendy, fun hotel. The lobby had a kind of college dorm vibe. I enjoyed the casual atmosphere, complete with a bean bag chair in the room (I dont know why that made me smile, but it did). The staff was very friendly, the bed was comfy, and the shower was fantastic. Will definitely stay there again!

  Terrible experience. Unprofessional management team.

  Had a very frustrating experience with the management team at ALOFT. Nasir Joachim, Assistant General Manager at ALOFT was extremely unprofessional and rude when I asked for explanation as to why my previously confirmed reservation was canceled just couple of hours before I checked in. I was on business travel and wanted to book ALOFT since it is close to my office. They were overbooked and moved my reservation to a different place a few miles away. When I requested if they would reconsider, Nasir responded by saying that he will not be able help me and "does not care" what company or group I belong to. I am amazed that they were so rude to customers after putting them through inconvenience.

  Nice but noisy

  Quite nice hotel at a good price. The staff is very friendly and helpful. There is a bar with a different event every day, a nice gym and a cosy pool areal. Breakfast can be included and offers different kinds of food. There is, however, one thing that is seriously annoying. The aircondition is so noisy and you can't turn it off. I slept so bad because of this. So og you are sensitive to noise at night you might want to cobsider it one more time.

  Last min reservation

  I booked this last min and I was not disappointed. The rate was good, it was clean, and very quiet. They had everything we needed for a one night stay and was very impressed. I think o was most excited that they had a large selection of sodas, beer, and snacks for sale at good prices.

  Quiet hotel that is worth checking out

  Our recent stay at this Aloft property was wonderful on all counts. Within easy driving distance to Clean Juice (organic juice, smoothies, etc.) and Whole Foods which kept us healthy during our stay. The showers at this location are very well taken care of and kept quite clean. The heat and water pressure were both outstanding and set the stage for an excellent cleansing experience. The staff were super friendly and accommodating. And I don't know if it's the fact that this property is outside of Atlanta proper or perhaps is just due to a greater number of vacancies because of the pandemic...but whatever the reason, I will say that it was so quiet and peaceful. We slept incredibly well!! Highly recommended -- thank you!!
