  Buena estancia pero alejados

  Estuvimos solo 1 noche de paso y hay que decir que el hotel está bastante alejado del "centro", de restaurantes... Las habitaciones son correctas y el desayuno era bueno y variado, con posibilidad de desayuno continental por 8 libras.

  Very good

  I was roughly here for 14 days, I loved it. It felt very cozy and the staff made me feel at home especially Aaron the night reception he was very nice and friendly. I would love to stay again and I Would highly recommend anyone to stay here.

  Over night stay

  The amazing stay was down to our arrival as we where greeted by Aaron. Aaron in our opinion is the making of this place the Almondsbury interchange. I rate this place purely on his polite and happy manner and his attention to detail, he is a credit to this place and would be a credit to any hospitality establishment. Thank you Aaron Towels and bedding clean to a very high standard. Bathroom and room ok but could be a lot better. Im sure this reflects on the price. Sanitised remote for TV on point. Also sanitised stations on all floors. All in all value for money, but needs updating soooon and it will be the interchange

  Anniversary weekend away

  What can I say my husband wanted to surprise me with alittle get away for our anniversary, it looked lovely in the pictures and as we pulled up it was alittle dark and the outside looked very lovely. We headed into the hotel lobby which was very clean looking and was greeted by a very nice man who was very helpful, He explained that the kitchen a d yhe bar was closed because of cover but we could order food in and handed us two paper cups and 2 plastic bags with coffee and sugar in it handed us our key and off we went up to our room . As we opened the door to our room We were alittle shocked at the decor is was very dated. As we started to unpack we were noticing more and more things wrong (ie chips in the bath , curtains ripped and had holes in , missing draws, no phone , one lamp in room, and the shower wouldn't stay in up so you had to hold it up. The bed was slightly tilted so had to sleep upside down also there was only one pillow each when my husband ask if we could have another pillow they said the would have a look my husband had to go down two times to see want was happening and they said sorry we have no more pillows as the hotel was fully booked up. Also the next morning the fire alarm went off at 8am no one knew why and the only reason we found out it was a false alarm was because one of the guests when down to find out at reception and came back up tell all the rest of the guests that were hang out of there room door it was a false alarm. As for refreshments my husband asked for 4 bottles of beer to then get told the price was £19.95 we live in London so are use to high prices but have never paid that much for 4 bottles of beer and I have been to alot of 5 star restaurant and never paid that much total gobsmacked.

  Horror show

  After a long travel and 1200cube load ( including a piano ) me and my partner ( work partner not partner partner) arrived to be told there was no hot water but to run the tap and I assume wave the magic wand we didnt get. This was after being put in a room that had not been cleaned from the previous night as bedding and towels all over the floor . We changed rooms and they really pushed the boat out by actually making the effort to make the beds and fold fresh towels. Again no running hot water and considering this is Bristol not Africa we decided to leave the premises in an Indiana Jones style avoiding falling ceiling tiles and Grand Canyons in the carpet. Do not visit unless on a 1900s industrial revolution history trip. Jay will be getting it tomorrow BLS
