  Nice hotel, right by the beach, good price

  Our agency, Sphere, booked this room for us. The staff were helpful when we arrived. The room was clean, with hot water and a TV. The bed was a bit ordinary, but still ok. Great location, right on the beach, and within walking distance of the market and the bus stop to Krasnaya Polyana. All in all, good.

  Modestly likeable

  Stayed here in December and the immaculately tended garden was a real treat after gray Moscow. The restaurant expands into the garden in summer, which may make things noisy. The room was very clean, the staff good-natured and my only technical beef is that there's wifi only in the cramped lobby (and connection in the room is through some incomprehensible dial-up system). There are some attractive restaurants within a 10-minute walk and plenty of food stores. If you want to do Sochi at a modest price, this hotel's a good choice.

  Nice Hotel

  Stayed here for two weeks in Feb/Mar. The hotel was a moderate hotel, but was very clean. The bed was good for sleeping, fairly firm, and the room was pretty large with a kitchenette, and tabel for enjoying food and drink. The lobby was comfortable, with wireless access. Staff was accommodating, and helpful. I had no problem with noise, or sleeping. Location was good with several restaurants nearby, and the beach a block away.

  Good value friendly hotel in a convenient location

  Stayed here a couple of times now. Once in the enormous suite room 502 and recently a std double room. The rooms are spartan by western chain standards but I slept like a log every night. The hotel is situated in the quiet end of town 200m from the sea. It's a 5 minute walk into town so convenient for bars and restaurants. Staff are very friendly and helpful even though some of them are shy doing so they mainly understand English even when spoken by a Scotsman with a few beers in him :-) All in all when balancing the downside of the basic bedroom with the convenient location, I've chosen to stay here instead of the posh Radisson up the road when I return in a few weeks.

  Three stars

  Good three stars hotel near from beach. Rooms looks on their webpage large than they are. Tv and fridge is at room only. Kettle was missing me. Internet was free and fast. Rooms to courtyard did not nice view, because there is a construction site.
