    Perfect

    A delightful B&B a short distance from the train station. Its walkable but some pretty steep hills if you have a large suitcase. The breakfast was excellent! Tea and coffee in the room which is handy. Gave us good information on local sights and train schedules. Would we stay again? YES.

    Very friendly and helpful

    Came to Plymouth to visit out friend's daughter who is attending university here. The b and b was great value for money and Kerry is super helpful and knowledgeable about the area. Would certainly recommend and will hopefully be back next year.

    Lovely place

    Visited for 1 night just as lockdown restrictions lifted. Guest house was very well prepared with lots of sanitiser and could not fault our stay. Parking was easy and the guest house is very close to the city centre. Full English breakfast was a bonus! Would stay again

    Fantastic service

    This guest house out stripes any 5* hotel. It is a family run guest house and they make you so welcome its like were are old friends instead of guests. Nothing is to much trouble . They lend you DVDs if nothing on tv, they tell you how to get round the town and were to park. They are amazing. Even let us put our pasties in there freezer till we went home. There resident pet is a giant tortoise and he is a whopper . The rooms are spotless and you only have to ask for clean towels and they are there. I cannot tell any one how much they made our stay so lovely. Best of luck for the future with no COVID. Xxxxxx

    Friendly family Fantastic service

    Warm welcome by Tony and Paula .Stayed 2 nights rooms clean & comfortble with plenty of tea & coffee.Breakfast was lovely served by Kerry who informed us of the covid restrictions in the B&B. well supplied with sanitiser all over. The family if asked would supply i.e hairdryer,iron etc. would highly recommend
