  Paihia Paradise

  He mihi nui ki a koe te whare Allure o Paihia. My whanau and I stayed here for a couple of days. A home away from home. The exception without being obvious was the view. John, Ruth and their nephew were such a pleasure to meet, so accommodating and hospitable. Their knowledge about the Hokianga area was awesome and unbeknown to them we followed up on John's recommendation to have fish and chips at Mangonui. Wowzers, that was incredible! I would recommend this cottage to anyone, clean, comfy beds, great shower, awesome lounge and Wifi. Ka mau te wehi!

  Why stay anywhere else?

  Recently stayed in Allure's 2 bedroom cottage. What a find ! A little piece of paradise. Even though owners John and Ruth live a short distance away and are there to help out in any way if you need, it feels, and is, totally private. No noisy neighbours coming and going to worry about, just you and the birds and the beautiful view out over the bay. The cottage itself is well furnished, comfortable and roomy yet still has that cosy feel. It is stocked with everything you need with little extra homely touches of of videos, games and books to read. Three minute drive to town and all the attractions and activities that Paihia has to offer. This was our favourite stay over accommodation in our 2 week tour of the north island and was the cheapest.   Beautiful place!

  A lovely quiet retreat with bay views, surrounded by greenery. The host is friendly and helpful. The place is spacious, clean and comfortable. There is a barbecue, laundry, outdoor entertaining area, fully equipped kitchen and lovely sitting area. Highly recommend. Just keep an eye out for the sign, drive to the end of the driveway and knock on the door of the house at the end to check in.

  Lovely stay

  Stayed at the 2 bedroom cottage, very quiet with fantastic view to Paihia and Waitangi. The cottage is clean and spacious. John and Ruth are really friendly and helpful. Our four year old boy loved it as much as we did.

  Family weekend in paihia

  Great family apartment in paihia. We had plenty of space for a family group of five. It had a full kitchen and a BBQ. The owners were very helpful and gave hints on activities to do around Paihia. Nice and handy to the town centre. Would definitely recommend.
