  Muy decepcionante versus las fotos

  Lo mejor, Parking gratis, personal de recepción. Al no ser época de piscina, no puedo opinar, pero hacía buena pinta. Lo peor, Moqueta muy sucia, nos faltaba el secador, utensilios de cocina guarrillos, en general cochinote.. Sin sal ni pimienta para cocinar, Wifi malo, como en todo el país. Mucho más bonito en las fotos que en la realidad.

  not bad, but could have been better

  Visiting Townsville often for work, this place is the go-to for my employer, and while I'm a simple traveler, with fairly low expectations of my accommodation, there are a few things I do expect... 1 - Cleanliness and comfort. There was no problem with this, as our unit was clean, comfortable and well equipped. Saying that though I drew the short straw with room choice and got the internal room which was a little difficult to regulate heat in, but no big deal if you enjoy sleeping underneath an air conditioner. 2 - Friendly / helpful staff. again no problem with this the staff were great, with the exception of what I'll mention below. 3 - Hot Water. For the first two nights of our stay, there was no hot water in the building. The first person we spoke to on reception said we would be compensated for this, so on checkout we mentioned this again, to which we were told "It was only a couple of hours each night", and we would have to chase it up with management. 4 - Location. Not a big deal to be honest, as I'm a pretty mobile traveler, but Location is excellent, within reasonable walking distance to shops and dining. Overall I had a positive experience, and would probably stay here again.

  Good for the price.

  We stopped here as a pass through Townsville. Parking easy. Check in easy. Location not too bad $8 uber drive to The Strand and Cowboys club etc. The room was comfortable. Bed was comfy. Now the room can do with a little revamp. The floor rug needs to go curled up in the end and we kept tripping over it to the bathroom. Same in our friends room. Carpet stretched and could be cleaned in some areas. Bathroom was good shower was large. I would stay again as it was comfortable.

  Modern stylish well appointed apartment

  Stayed here for 4 nights and was very impressed with the comfort of this well appointed apartment hotel. In a great location, with access to resturants and close proximity to Townsville city. The new stadium is well with reach of short drive or public and private transport. Could not flew this establishment even with the Covid-19 restrictions limiting use of the gym and pool area. Would happily stay here again.

  Shabby not chic

  Stayed at Allure Apartments on a work trip, had a hotel room on the 7th floor, great views to the mountains... and thats about it for positives! My room was sad and worn, the rug was curling up on the edge and was dirty, the carpet had seen better days, the furniture was discoloured and looked terrible, the walls had stains and dints. The sound on the tv was so bad I couldnt watch it. The air con had to be turned off because it was so noisy. The chair at the desk was way too low to use, the shower had mould. The whole room was depressing and felt neglected, it wasnt exactly great and I couldnt wait to leave!
