  Un pequeño paraíso en la tierra!!!

  Resort de excelente buen gusto... con habitaciones hermosas. Cada rincón del lugar merece una foto. Personal súper amable y servicial. Cena exquisita en el restaurante del hotel. Excelente opción para parar si estás transitando la ruta entre San Francisco y Los Ángeles. Para volver una y otra vez!!!

  Not a great experience

  Stayed at Allegretto Valentine's weekend and paid top dollar for sub par accommodations. The mattress was so old there was no support left ,we sunk in the middle of the bed it was terrible. We had to leave a day early because we were so uncomfortable. The bathroom sink didn't drain properly and had to keep turning off the water to prevent from overfilling.

  Great wine country hotel

  We were in a room on the 3rd floor which overlooks the freeway. We left the window open at night and could really hear the noise of the cars. When going to a vineyard you expect to hear birds and nature. I understand if the property was full they would have no choice but to use those rooms but when the property is far from full like it was on a Wednesday in the middle of covid they should not have put us in that room. Other than that I really enjoyed my stay and thought it was a beautiful hotel. Will return but make sure I get a room on the other side. I thought the price was right and was well worth it.

  Beautiful stay

  I came up here with my girlfriend to go wine tasting. Everything from the staff to the cleanliness of the hotel was top tier. I would absolutely suggest this place to anyone looking to stay in the paso area. This is my 3rd time staying with Allegrotto and every time I still find myself walking around looking at the beautiful art pieces and archtiecture. They also have their own little tasting room with grapes that were grown on the property. Exceptional experience and overall great time. Great for a couples weekend like this past stay I had or with your families. Plenty of room and little games to run around with the kids.

  This was our second stay at Allegretto. As before, the resort was beautiful. We spent a whole afternoon exploring and admiring their vineyards and extensive collection of artwork. We enjoyed lunch at their restaurant, Cello, and were very impressed by the quick service and delicious food. Our server Sam's food and alcohol recommendations were spot on, and he even helped us discover a new favorite pinot noir. Unfortunately, however, the experience did fall short around dinner time when we were hoping to enjoy a relaxed meal in our room through room service. During our previous stay, before covid-19, the room service menus were placed noticeably by the room's phone in a way which made ordering simple. But this time it was no simple task. There was no menu. No problem, I thought as walked to the phone to call for assistance. However, at this point I realized that I didn't know how to contact a resort employee. After spending quite some time searching the room for a clue I finally discovered a small scan code which I assume was knocked under the bed by my daughter or I. As a middle aged woman it can be hard to keep up with technology these days. I tried my best in using it to pull up the menu but I just couldn't get it to work for me. Somewhat frustrated at this point I had to call my daughter, who was relaxing in the jacuzzi, to come assist me. 15 minutes later, we had finally ordered our food. I was a bit saddened that they no longer carried the sausage ravioli that was on the menu for some reason, but the replacement chicken ravioli was great. Had the young man not arrived so promptly and been as polite as he was I would have been yelling for a manager at this point. But after I had finished another impressive meal with a cocktail it was all water under the bridge. Had such a seemingly simple ordering process not become a convoluted nightmare, my stay at the Allegretto Vineyard Resort would easily be rated 4.5 stars. Sincerely, Susan.
