  Clean inexpensive with excellent service

  Thank you Debbie and Suzanne for going above and beyond during our stay! Our location was at the back and was very quiet and easily accessible for family coming to see us. Lots of parking. Free breakfast was excellent (although service was slowed down a little by the large influx of customers)

  Room was nice

  The Deluxe room was OK but the TV was quite small & the size of the TV picture was much smaller than the screen. The check-out staff were not very helpful & the restaurant or its menu wasnt appealing.

  Came here to have dinner and it was great

  this use to be a Best Western but now it's Quality Inn now so yay it's a nice hotel in the inside it is great and I would come back here again because it is great and good and I loved it too so yay it is good

  Terrible customer service!

  Booked 2 rooms for 3 nights for 2 employees. On their website it states" Free hot breakfast" and "Restaurant" on site. The restaurant was closed and no hot breakfast in the morning. They didn't tell the men upon arrival. They got up in the morning expecting to have breakfast before a long day at work and there was nothing. I had called front desk advising them they would be checking out, because the hotel couldn't accommodate them and would like a refund for the other 2 nights. She said she could only refund 1 night with the actual card because it was too late in the day so they would have to charge for the 2nd night as well. I then told her I booked online from another city and they didn't have the card. She then said she didn't know how to do it without the card. I asked to speak to a manager and was told there was no manager there. She asked for my number and told me she would have the manager call me within the hour. No call back. I called back again and spoke with a different front desk agent and aske for her manager. She put me on hold for a min. then told me the manager was too busy running around doing everything. ??? Anyway, with several failed attempts to reach out to the manager I am yet to hear back from anyone and resolve the refund issue.

  HORRIBLE

  The cleanliness of this room would be disturbing at any point in time but during a Global Pandemic?, no excuses whatsoever. Sticky residue on nightstand, choking smell throughout room, sheets stuck together - YIKES! Mold growing inside the toilet. Someones dirty sock found beside bed. See pictures, yo couldnt make this stuff up! A/C slash heater noise was like standing on a airport runway...& I have stood on a airport runway. Room service was available though food was inedible & ended up in the garbage except for the chicken strips & diet Pepsi . The young ladies at the front desk were as helpful as they were able, given their lack of experience, authority level & people skills.
